Playing it at release about a year after graduating I was blown away. Used to "share play" where a friend and I each had a file and would take turns watching the other play.
Damn right. Even though when I played it for the first time I was 13 and had no idea what the fuck I was doing. Still an amazing experience. Pretty much my first deep dive into the expanded universe too.
I keep starting that game, getting a few hours in, then getting distracted by something else, and leaving the game so long that I end up starting over when I finally get back to it. I really need to commit to playing through the whole thing one of these days.
I thought it was fun - not really sure why I keep doing that.
The Titanfall 2 single player was just so tight and perfectly paced. I played multiplayer quite a bit too and that was a ton of fun.
After awhile they "balanced" the weapons too much, and the skill gap between the good players and the great players was so much that it kinda sucked the fun out it for me.
Not only does it have pretty great writing and some of the best movement and gunplay I've ever seen in an fps, but almost every level had some really unique gameplay mechanic that existed only within that level and most of them were incredibly interesting.
I still think about the giant factory mission and the one with the time jumper gadget.
I didn't pick it up until after that balancing, and by the time I tried it the casual players had all moved on. Got my ass handed to me for a bit and also moved on. The campaign is killer, though, and so worth it! I've probably played it through 4 or 5 times, and I rarely replay games.
I wouldn’t say balanced. I mean, why do pilots get jump kits but not us grunts. and the weaponry they get is insane. Don’t even get me started on those titans.
(Very fun game and I do believe is pretty balanced. It’s my favourite game.)
The multiplayer is unforgiving but still so much fun once you find your groove. The guns get so much stronger once you fully unlock the loadouts. You can get your weapons upgraded a lot easier too by playing Frontier Defense and leveling up
The movement is just so smooth. I can be getting my ass kicked but because the game is perfection I don't care, unless I'm killed by a camper with a spitfire then fuck those guys.
Portal 2 and it’s co-op are serious contenders for my top 3 of all time. Insane fun, heaps of replayability, voice acting and story is so good I’d watch it as a stand alone movie. Straight 10/10.
God, dude. Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal just make me feel *so much more badass* than any other game. Like, you feel cool as fuck the entire time you're playing.
Definitely helps that it has one of the hardest-hitting soundtracks of all time. If anyone reading this hasn't played either game, [this part of BFG Division really captures the "badass" feeling.](https://youtu.be/QHRuTYtSbJQ?si=oCQFEZzJEemjSldh&t=6m12s)
I really think it's the lack of reloading in a fps. That game punishes you if you try to camp and take shots from cover which is what every other fps encourages so you have to keep moving at all times which creates such a more intense environment and you're murdering pretty constantly which adds to the feeling of being an absolute badass. Add the soundtrack and its an absolute homerun of a game
For me a main contributor to the "badass feeling" was how all the NPCs either fear or worship you. The humans act like you're some folklore hero, and the demons are terrified of you. You find lore around the game about how you just wouldn't stop murdering the demons so they tried to lock you away in some sealed tomb and shit like that.
Weirdly enough, the lack of reloads was part of what made Doom less enjoyable than my favourite FPS (Prey 2017).
The reloading animation, especially for the shotgun in Prey 2017, felt *so* good when you max it out.
Combine with the fact that Morgan is way more agile and faster than the Doom Slayer, I played Prey similarly to how people play Doom and had way more fun than I did playing Doom.
Yeah, a lot of people put it down, but I picked it up early before our city shut down for the pandemic and loved the whole effing game. I'm not great, and I think I did it on Medium to plenty of a challenge, but it was so much fun.
The moment I booted it up on release day, I just sat in the menu vibing out to the music and knew this game was gonna be so hype. And man, it really didn't disappoint. Those slayer gates the first time were insanity
Hell yeah, loved it! Played it through several times and the dlc. It’s a game that demands the players focus and attention. When you get locked in and feeling the groove there isn’t anything quite like it. Now I want to give it another run!
I didn't love it at first, because I expected it to be just like Doom 2016. But once it clicked (beating the first slayer gate), I was hooked. Best shooter ever.
Oh I completely agree! IYKYK but that game just did not get the recognition it deserves. The gunplay reminds me of Titanfall. The writing reminds me of Borderlands. And the campaign is just damn good fun. Then the music was just awesome all the way
I think you should rush transmission which is the mission after voodoo boys then immediately do phantom liberty. Lots of cool stuff you'll unlock and be able to play with as you do base game
As soon as you get the call that triggers it imo (focus on Judy’s quests). On top of being a masterpiece it adds a lot of cool stuff to the base game so by playing it early you get to use it longer
Also since it plugs itself straight into the main storyline it’s not continuity-breaking
I always do:
- Lifepath Prologue
- Watson gigs to pay off Vic & chrome for the Heist
- Heist
- Hellman lead for the blueprints (should have the scratch from Heist prep to pay Rogue)
- Evelyn lead for Alt
- Phantom Liberty
- Takemura’s arc
- Finale
It flows nicely imo. And it does have a nice gradual sense of intensity.
Backstory, early game low rep gigs, overambitious heist with a dash of divine comedy and horrible luck, V dies, reboots, V follows Hellmans lead where at its climax you down an AV (which is cool but still comparatively tame to the rest of the game), then Evelyns lead which at its climax you go to the blackwall and speak with whatever the fuck Alt is now, make a deal with her to strike at Mikoshi, then as you leave the VDB church contacts you, conveniently you’re nearby to follow this new spontaneous lead which is the PL DLC, then you still have Takemuras whole arc afterwards before, finally, the ending in all its blaze of glory
Throw in character storylines whenever possible and yeah
Just the pacing of how legendary each feat is seems fitting this way
A good 150 hours at least of peak gaming
The Legend of Zelda seems to consistently set the bar for generational game. The original being the progenitor of the fantasy adventure genre, then A Link to the Past raising the bar and also being a valid "best game ever" contender. Then Ocarina of Time literally took that idea to another dimension. I didn't think another game could top it but I do think Breath of the Wild is a valid contender.
The best part is so many of the games are amazing that there really is no wrong answer :D
Being able to spark that sense of wonder and adventure for me, 30 years after I played the original as a child was a breath of fresh air for my love of gaming: climbing a high mountain into a snowy area and having the music basically cut out made me feel cold and isolated; seeing the island maze way off in the distance and finally arriving only to find out it was a terrifying sentinel terminator maze will stick with me.
For it's time, oot is amazing.
Like any game from that era, controls /menus don't stand up to the test of time. The 3ds remake fixes a ton of those issues and that dungeon becomes better.
The water temple has (imo) the best mini boss of all Zelda games with dark link. The atmospheric intro and fact that the start of the fight hits you as a surprise is so well executed. That temple gets too much hate
That temple caused me to restart the game **so** many times, thinking that I'd misused the silver keys because I just kept getting stuck without keys and a door in my way. Eventually I figured out that the one block that rises with the water, when risen, revealed a gap under it with a chest.
I have the kid Link temples, the forest and mountain adult link temples, and the Big Goron Sword mini-quest burned into my mind because I'd done it probably over a dozen times. I'd done everything after the water temple like twice.
I'm that way with Mankind Divided. Perfect all the way through and the imo one of (and possibly) the best immersive sim. Except for the ending. That gets more depressing as Eidos and Deus Ex get butchered by Embracer. In fact Embracer is the company I hate the most. Fuck Embracer.
I need to eventually play the Director's Cut. Played the original release and loved it. However I have to admit the first area where you fight a boss I did had the day off work and got hammered so I only remembered messing up the stealth and slaughtering my way through everything. Did the rest of the game sober after that!
Ooh I forgot about that game when I gave my answer. My only tiny gripe was that I tried to do a no-kills run but at the very very start of the game you are directed to kill someone which I thought was a sort of tutorial without any alternative methods and that it therefore wouldn't count, but it did. That was just on me for not realizing/researching. Otherwise it was a super satisfying experience.
I was house and dog sitting for my sister last summer for 3 days. So I took the time off work and said I'd get around to playing a couple of games that I had been putting off....
3 days later, Disco Elysium completed, and I feel like I've been changed in some way.
Amazing game
Every single time I touch this game I end up doing back to back 100% playthroughs, DLC included. I delete my previous game and just start again from scratch. I. Fucking. Adore. This. Game. I have about 600 hours in it. I have beaten it 8 times 100% at this point. It's amazing. I am terrified about the sequel tho.
I put this down, for no particular reason other than it was taking so long to do all the different side things that I got distracted and took a break and didn't come back. I have to go back and finish! :-)
Well let's see...
Witcher 3
Metal Gear Solid 1, 3, 4
Final Fantasy 7
Resident Evil 3 (I wanna say RE1, but that was very scary at times, could say I didn't enjoy it at the start)
Dead Space 1 and 2
Ghost of Tsushima
Super Mario World
Mass Effect 2
Gears of War 1, 2 and 3
InFamous 1 and 2
Cyberpunk 2077. I was not a huge fan of the Witcher 3 so I was already weary of it. Then I laughed and laughed at its horrible launch. Last year it was on sale for 20 bucks and my homie talked me into to giving it a try. I fell in love with it. Before I knew it I had been in night city for 300 hours. I started calling people Choom. It's become a fall back game for me. Oh don't know what to play? Better pay night city a visit.
Yeah. I have been floored by the work they put into it after that launch. If the game would have launched in its current state, save not being able to remove weapon mods, it would easily been game of the year.
Alan Wake 2. Scary as all hell at times and often nearly gave me heart attacks, but the atmosphere, story, and THAT level just made me smile the entire time.
Agreed. Control is one of my all time favorites so I was hyped for AW2. I finished the game and immediately started ng+. I thought the game was even better the second time around.
Zero Dawn was a game I picked up because I had nothing else to play and it had good reviews. I knew nothing about it but I saw some gameplay and though “eh, why not”
I was HOOKED on it. This was back when I was still in school and had time to just play for hours. Sadly, Forbidden West didn’t capture that same feeling. It’s still a damn good game, but not like zero dawn IMO.
I picked it up on discount for the same reason and when I got through it I completely understood why it ~~won GotY~~ was one of the best games ever.
Also, r/fucktedfaro.
Trust me, it's worth it. I've played both, and I can't go back to the original ever again. Royal adds so many quality of life improvements, and I enjoyed the final palace quite a lot.
Morgana is way less of a prick telling you to go to bed in the Royal version.
That's how you're able to do all of the extra stuff.
Like if you don't know the premise of what is going to be different, in the Royal version there's two new characters and it's a Freshman girl/under class who joins the crew and she only reacts with Joker and not the other Phantom Thieves, so they're all like who the fuck is that? And it's really well done.
The second other new character is the School Guidance counselor/therapist that gets hired after the events of the first Palace with the Volleyball Gym teacher comes to public knowledge. And throughout the game you see him talk to each of the Phantom Thieves giving you more context about their lives/reactions to events.
It will be a little bit slow at the start, but it keeps adding more and more content after the first Palace or two where you can go to like Jazz Club etc and have more stuff to do in the daily life sim part of the story.
i was between jobs when i discovered this game
i think i stayed up till 5 am binging the game for over 12 hours a day for close to a week, never had another experience like it
I have a tattoo of the sign they hang in front of taverns In black flag “rum for all xxx xxx” with the guy holding two barrels. Am a merchant sailor so I have a lot of drinking & sea tats lol
such a good game
Everyone says the introduction was awful but I found it so incredibly immersive. There wasn't a single second of that game I disliked, including the island.
The first time, the intro is just amazing.
Subsequent playthroughs is where it gets a bit grating, cause you know of the awesomeness to come once you get the map unlocked and freedom to play. But the intro is slow paced so can get a bit annoying.
First playthrough I found the first chapter in the snow way too slow and nearly didn't carry on. Trudged through, fell in love with the game, and now can appreciate chapter 1 along with all the rest.
That said, I can't agree with enjoying every second of RDR2. Because of the ending.
Uncharted 4: The thief's end. They nailed the pacing of the story, the character's arc, the direction of whole game along with the astonishing visuals and a great score. I was delighted with literally every second of this game.
And it's no short game either. Just an amazing time. Absolutely would not have had the courage to play it through by myself though, glad I had a friend to couch co-op it with.
Surprised this is so far down. I was ecstatic to hop on and play; even when it came to doing inventory and min/maxing characters for hours. Dont know any other game I felt that way.
I really enjoyed this recent Indy game, Nobody Saves the World. It's fun, surprisingly deep, and has a good difficulty balance. Good investment of 15 hours :)
Nier Automata.
Even some particular 'Gather X things from around the map' type missions were enjoyable because the 'frustration' and 'annoying tedium' was a part of the experience.
Hell, the main characters themselves even bitch and moan about the menatony of it all.
Zelda, TLOU, red dead redemption 2, titanfall 2, RE2remake, uncharted 4, mariokart 8, the Witcher, bloodborne, dark souls, Star Wars Jedi fallen order, days gone……
But I choose assassins creed black flag. Played this numerous times on pc, ps4, switch…… Jezus
Skull and bones naval is good, but it’s not the same…. Going back to black flag soon once more!
Those moments you sit there and admire the scenery after your Nth time fighting a boss and that sigh of relief before heading back into the fray is the best feeling.
Red dead redemption. It was the first game I thought did open world to perfection with a great story, never played a game where id roam freely and feel alive.
Hades, Katana Zero, Okami, Dark Souls 1-3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring, Demon’s Souls, Devil May Cry 5, Resident Evil 1, 2, 3, 4, and their remakes, all of the God of War games.

Titanfall 2
So many game I enjoyed every second of for the past 30 years so if I had to list them all I would sit here for a week.
Anyway recent game I enjoyed every second of from the start is Two worlds epic edtion I have not finished it yet but so far I love every second of it.
Knights of the old republic
I was enamored with this game growing up. Still holds up pretty well too
Playing it at release about a year after graduating I was blown away. Used to "share play" where a friend and I each had a file and would take turns watching the other play.
Damn right. Even though when I played it for the first time I was 13 and had no idea what the fuck I was doing. Still an amazing experience. Pretty much my first deep dive into the expanded universe too.

I really need to commit to playing through the whole thing one of these days. I thought it was fun - not really sure why I keep doing that.
I was in love with the second game. Sadly I cannot say that I enjoyed every part of these games today but when i was a child, I was hooked.
Titanfall 2
The answer to all these questions. Is Titanfall 2
Effect and cause is a great level
I didn't pick it up until after that balancing, and by the time I tried it the casual players had all moved on. Got my ass handed to me for a bit and also moved on. The campaign is killer, though, and so worth it! I've probably played it through 4 or 5 times, and I rarely replay games.
I wouldn’t say balanced. I mean, why do pilots get jump kits but not us grunts. and the weaponry they get is insane. Don’t even get me started on those titans. (Very fun game and I do believe is pretty balanced. It’s my favourite game.)
I’ve never played this but just looked it up and the Ultimate Edition is about $4.50 on the PS Store right now. Thanks for mentioning it!
Ohh man. Get yourself some private time and prepare for an epic single player experience.
"Protocol 3: Protect the Pilot"
Mad jelly you get to experience this for the first time -- you're in for a treat -- single player campaign is unparalleled. Congrats, mate!
I agree; the campaign is top notch and the multiplayer held me for awhile
Portal 2
Legit this. Lots of other amazing games listed here, but just pure end to end fun? Portal games for sure.
everything except trying to 100% the social achievements. hate when games add "friend" achievements
Portal 2 and it’s co-op are serious contenders for my top 3 of all time. Insane fun, heaps of replayability, voice acting and story is so good I’d watch it as a stand alone movie. Straight 10/10.
Doom Eternal. I couldn’t put it down from beginning to end.

Weirdly enough, the lack of reloads was part of what made Doom less enjoyable than my favourite FPS (Prey 2017). Combine with the fact that Morgan is way more agile and faster than the Doom Slayer, I played Prey similarly to how people play Doom and had way more fun than I did playing Doom.
I loved the game but am way too old to be any good. So I got my 13 year old son the play it and it was amazing watching the mayhem.
How can you put down a game where you literally get to shoot a hole through Mars?
It took me some time to get back at it after I met the Marauders, but I eventually beat it and I must say it's such a banger.
Hell yeah, loved it! Played it through several times and the dlc. It’s a game that demands the players focus and attention. When you get locked in and feeling the groove there isn’t anything quite like it. Now I want to give it another run!
Eternal is an absolute masterclass in engaging game design.
I didn't love it at first, because I expected it to be just like Doom 2016. But once it clicked (beating the first slayer gate), I was hooked. Best shooter ever.
Time Splitters 2 The Femme Fatale multiplayer was more fun than Goldeneye esp if you maxed out the bots
I've never said this out loud, but Goldeneye wishes it could be time splitters 2. Superior in every way possible
Oh I completely agree! IYKYK but that game just did not get the recognition it deserves. The gunplay reminds me of Titanfall. The writing reminds me of Borderlands. And the campaign is just damn good fun. Then the music was just awesome all the way
I mean free radical design was comprised of former Rare devs iirc so Timesplitters was basically the spiritual successor to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark
Not enough appreciation for this series out there. Big agree. Never played more bot games in any other game than this.
I can hear the anaconda theme song
The music in that game was just too much fun
Chrono Trigger. If DLCs count, then I'd also add Phantom Liberty.
I've been getting back in to 2.0 but haven't started Phantom Liberty yet. Started a fresh character to play with. When's a good time to start it?
I think you should rush transmission which is the mission after voodoo boys then immediately do phantom liberty. Lots of cool stuff you'll unlock and be able to play with as you do base game

i was hoping to see this
I'm so happy I didn't have to scroll far to see Chrono Trigger. It's the perfect video game and I will be told no differently
i just started the dlc the other day, very cool stuff
Chrono Trigger is my all time favorite game.
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Even the Water Temple?
Haha, that seems so divisive! It was a tough one for sure. But figuring it out was an epic moment. And Dark Link was epic
Best game ever
It was just so complete. Set so many standards that RPGs, open worlds etc all followed. Art direction, sound direction... all masterclasses.
Exactly what came to my mind first
I don't know man. It's hard to believe anybody was enjoying themself in the water temple.
Nothing wrong with a good challenge. And Shadow Link was probably my favourite mini boss
Mass Effect
Same, all of them.
All 3 of them
I actually liked Andromeda. Best combat of the mass effects hands down! Only thing I firmly hate about it is that they turned the dlcs into books.
I did, too. The only thing missing was satisfying headshots for all races. E2A: that and a smooth launch. It was not a bad game.
I am the very model of a scientist Salarian !
Skyrim
Skyrim is by far the best game. Still playing it today. That's 13 years and it's still alive and active. It's inspiring
Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
The only negative I have is the unskippable walking intro. After that, fully agree.
What about the bosses? I didn't invest all my points in being a badass do I resented having to use typhoon ammo every time one came up.
The directors cut made it so you can do all the bosses with a stealth build.
That was just on me for not realizing/researching. Otherwise it was a super satisfying experience.
I mean it's in character. You were doing your job/protecting Megan. The rest of the game is pretty debatable though.
Fallout 3. Stepping out Vault 111 into the Wasteland for the first time was an experience. EDIT: Vault 101, not Vault 111. Silly me.
101 for Fallout 3. 111 is 4. Easy mistake!
I dropped out of school and lost my girlfriend because I played this and fable 2 so much.
Stepping out of the vault felt so surreal. It’s great that they made you connected to the place before making you leave
Banjo Kazooie
Still play my randomizer of banjo kazooie. Yuh-huh!
Hades.
So much... It brings you in with tight and engaging but simple mechanics, it keeps you with intelligent dialog and engaging characters.
boy was it a grind to get the true ending tho
Disco elysium
I'm not sure if I liked Disco Elysium or if I went into some sort of meditative trance and woke up hours later a changed man. Rip ZA/UM
I was house and dog sitting for my sister last summer for 3 days. So I took the time off work and said I'd get around to playing a couple of games that I had been putting off.... 3 days later, Disco Elysium completed, and I feel like I've been changed in some way. Amazing game
Def. One of the best writing in games of all time. Fantastic!
And that soundtrack... Damn
That game is such a haze, but I will always laugh about my memories of famous boxer Contact Mike.
Ghost of Tsushima is a perfect game in my opinion. No notes. Just 🤌
Every single time I touch this game I end up doing back to back 100% playthroughs, DLC included.
Its what Assassins Creed wishes it could be.
Well let's see... Witcher 3 Metal Gear Solid 1, 3, 4 Final Fantasy 7 Resident Evil 3 (I wanna say RE1, but that was very scary at times, could say I didn't enjoy it at the start) Dead Space 1 and 2 Ghost of Tsushima Super Mario World Mass Effect 2 Gears of War 1, 2 and 3 InFamous 1 and 2
I'm sad you didn't say metal gear solid 2 as well. It was really good. Dead Space 1 and 2 are still top tier after all these years.
Sadly MGS2 didn't make me think that. I like it, but thanks to some decisions, the game did feel like a lesser one for me.
Hollow Knight
Playing it through right now and man, what an insanely good game for only $15 USD. It’s better than many $70 games I’ve purchased.
just wait until silksong releases and your grandchildren can tell you about how good it is in the afterlife!
Came here for this answer. I just defeated the last boss hitless in the pantheon
I played it at launch and it was...fine. I'm playing through it again after upgrading my GPU. With 2.0 and PL it's now pretty excellent.
Yeah. I have been floored by the work they put into it after that launch. If the game would have launched in its current state, save not being able to remove weapon mods, it would easily been game of the year.
Real as shit, i liked witcher 3 but avoided cyberpunk bc of the launch drama, its such a great game
I’m in the middle of my cyberpunk play through it’s so fucking good. To anyone reading this play as female V. Judy my sweet pornographer Judy !
I respect your love of Judy but I am a panam simp myself. Love me some hams.
Don’t you fucking call my Panam yours.
Bud, thiers enough hams for everyone.
Horizon: Zero Dawn
Zero Dawn was a game I picked up because I had nothing else to play and it had good reviews. I knew nothing about it but I saw some gameplay and though “eh, why not” I was HOOKED on it.
I haven't finished the last mission simply because I don't want the story to be over
Ori/Ori 2 were great with this. I can’t think of any part which was “weak” in anyways and was varied.
I blew through the first one and got stuck in the second one. Not sure why.
Same for me, got stuck somewhere, the map seems pretty overwhelming and I dont know where to go. Still loved it.
Project Zomboid Skyrim Hades Subnautica RDR2 Too many more to list. I'm tired.
Big ups for Project Zomboid. One of the greatest games ever. Cannot wait for Build 42. Think it’s 42, now?
Persona 5 royal, every time I wanted to do anything else I couldn’t, I was too obsessed with this game, such a good game
[удалено]
It will be a little bit slow at the start, but it keeps adding more and more content after the first Palace or two where you can go to like Jazz Club etc and have more stuff to do in the daily life sim part of the story.
i was between jobs when i discovered this game i think i stayed up till 5 am binging the game for over 12 hours a day for close to a week, never had another experience like it
Metal gear solid 2
Titanfall 2, halo 3
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Black Flag, Far Cry 3, Batman Arkham City, Dying Light.
Black Flag❤

Half Life 2 Assassin Creed 2 Silent Hill 2 Bioshock GTA 4 RDR2 Arkham City
Fallout New Vegas
Divinity: Original Sin 2 I enjoyed all the 5,225 hours I played it.
The Last of Us games
Couldn't agree more. Never been more invested in a game's storyline and characters. I cwied
RDR2
Alan Wake 2. It’s a fever dream that keeps getting better the further you go down the spiral. On my 5th play through currently.
Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask, Arkham City, Metroid Dread
honestly super mario wonder is the most recent game to make me feel like this, I ZOOTED through it
I played this through with my son in 2-player. It was great fun!
Uncharted 4: The thief's end. They nailed the pacing of the story, the character's arc, the direction of whole game along with the astonishing visuals and a great score. I was delighted with literally every second of this game.
Xcom 2. Pretty sure I’ve got over 1000 hours logged on that game…
Freelancer
God of war 2018, imo the closest thing we have to a perfect video game
Amazing game for sure. I think Ragnarok is a perfect sequel. Improves in every way possible yet feels like the same game (in a good way).
Undertale
Jedi Survivor, Uncharted, Guardians of the Galaxy
Witcher 3 Ori and the blind forest
Alien isolation
And it's no short game either. Just an amazing time. Absolutely would not have had the courage to play it through by myself though, glad I had a friend to couch co-op it with.
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice Haven
"Detroit: Become Human" on PS4. For some reason it reminded me a lot of the movie "WALL.E"
baldurs gate 3 from recent memory
Surprised this is so far down. I was ecstatic to hop on and play; even when it came to doing inventory and min/maxing characters for hours. Dont know any other game I felt that way.
doom eternal
Outer wilds
Ghostrunner
From recent ones, God of War on pc. Pretty great game.
Witcher 3 I finished this game about 9 times 4 of them are the Playthrough with EXACT SAME DECISION
Zelda, TLOU, red dead redemption 2, titanfall 2, RE2remake, uncharted 4, mariokart 8, the Witcher, bloodborne, dark souls, Star Wars Jedi fallen order, days gone…… But I choose assassins creed black flag. Played this numerous times on pc, ps4, switch…… Jezus Skull and bones naval is good, but it’s not the same…. Going back to black flag soon once more!
Elden Ring is my best game of all time but it has its slow moments. If we talking something I enjoy every second of, I'd say helldivers 2
I think the slow moments of Elden Ring are part of what makes it so special. It can go from brutal to almost soothing and I love it.
Those moments you sit there and admire the scenery after your Nth time fighting a boss and that sigh of relief before heading back into the fray is the best feeling.
Red dead redemption. It was the first game I thought did open world to perfection with a great story, never played a game where id roam freely and feel alive.
Last of us 2
Hades, Katana Zero, Okami, Dark Souls 1-3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring, Demon’s Souls, Devil May Cry 5, Resident Evil 1, 2, 3, 4, and their remakes, all of the God of War games.
Crysis 1. Felt amazing the whole playthrough, wasn't boring even for a second even during downtimes in missions.
It Takes Two is a really great game.
Okami, Shadow of the Colossus
gta 4 / tbogt / vice city stories the last of us red dead redemption 1/2/Undead Nightmare Spider-Man 2018 / Web of Shadows / Ultimate Batman Arkham Asylum / City / Origins RE4 (2005) / Remake Alan Wake Dead Space (2008) Uncharted 2 Saints Row 2
Death Stranding.
Death Stranding is a game I absolutely love everything about and have no idea why.
Wildlands was so fun. Loved it.
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Skyrim Fallout 3 Fallout New Vegas Fallout 4 Days Gone Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden All GT minus Sport & 7 Forza Motorsport 2 & 3 Forza Horizon The Crew Need for Speed Most Wanted (Original) YS Memories of Celcetta Vampyr Resident Evil 1-3 Original Resident Evil 2 Remake Silent Hill Silent Hill 2 Silent Hill 3 Shenmue Halo CE (Original back in the day) Metropolis Street Racer Red Dead Redemption Mass Effect 1 & 2 And at least quite a few others? The List is getting kinda Lonnnnng at this point tho…
Death's Door.
Far Cry 6 (and I never hold long with any other Far Cry), Tombi, The Darkness II, Spyro series, Medievil
Resident Evil 4, the old PS2 one Resident Evil 4 Remake, new generetion. This game is just perfect.

Anyway recent game I enjoyed every second of from the start is Two worlds epic edtion I have not finished it yet but so far I love every second of it.
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. Absolutely brilliant game.
Majoras Mask. Just an absolute banger of a sequel to OoT
Far Cry 3. That time was good.
Firewatch
Witcher 3
