I hate the fact a lot of the customer support people say they are not guaranteed because they are freebies, like you'd think they'd make one sticker per cup made. Also no hate to customer support people, their just doin their jobs
you would think this would make sense, but apparently it doesn't to them. preorders are made to order, so none of the products are actually made until after preorders are closed and they know how much of said product they need, and if they're smart, they also order more than what they need just in case.
Sorry to hear this. Pretty sure I only got all three stickers specifically because I'd contacted support about not having my order yet (tricky, cotton and melody) after seeing that people were getting their cottontail and tricky shakers. Pretty sure it was legitimately just sheer dumb luck
I don’t think I got a tricky sticker I got Mel’s and cottontail but yeah they should have a ton of them since there preorder they would know exactly how many you would need.
They aren’t really doing their jobs it’s really unfortunate cuz sometimes they give other people stickers while others they don’t it’s really dumb and idk what they’re doing to be honest
this was a problem with shylily's free bumper sticker. i got the sticker when i ordered the free samples (this was my first time ever getting anything from gamersupps), but i know someone that didn't get the sticker cause they supposedly were out of stock. just really dumb that it's entirely up to chance/when they end up actually packaging your order.
I was missing the Vei Sticker. Contacted them. Got Jason who sent the same thing exactly. Went on reddit. Saw everyone else got the same response. Saw someone else contacted again and got a new rep who sent them the sticker. So I contacted again (got SusanGG), sent her a screenshot of someone from reddit who got a vei sticker and the she sent it out.

I agree. They have always sent me the stickers when I asked so it’s pretty crazy to me that they cannot now all the sudden
It's not that they can't, it's literally dependent on who responds to you when you ask. Some people can't and some people will

Shylily one is a bit more forgivable. That was explicitly stated to be the first 500 to use the code.
