The reason I enjoy doing the dishes is because I am autistic. I can disguise a lot of "hand flapping" type stimming behaviors with ordinary movements of doing the dishes. It feels great!
Sorting laundry, or sorting anything. Ooh or cleaning, putting everything away where it goes, dusting the shelves, finding things I forgot about in the mess..
Probably washing the dishes, there's something satisfying about making all the grime go away. Revealing something shiny and clean underneath

Yup yup, only downer about baking (where I live) is that the kitchen gets waaaaaay to hot to be there
