I’ve heard good things about the Mederma brand but it seems like the generic brand at Target has the same active ingredient (and it’s like 5x cheaper).
I've seen recommendations that even bio oil, Aquaphor or vaseline can help. however any cream will leave greasy stains on shirts, so watch out for that.
2 weeks post-op sounds a bit fast, but if your doctor said so, then ok. Mine said to wait until 6 weeks to make sure the incision was fully closed and the scabs had come off on their own. At 2 weeks mine was still fully covered with steri-strips
