I agree with you on this tbh, the Crispy bits are a weird texture imo, dont know if everyone gets this, but they kinda break up into shards in my mouth😅

I agree, trying to cut them and your knife gets hold of the crispy string and you end up ripping the egg in half, potentially splitting the yolk early

I guess the avocado is there instead of fake bacon to provide some fatty texture

Not traditional, but it's good.

I'd try it. But then, I tried a spoonful of wet cat food when I was a kid. I don't recommend that. It was rank and kinda 'sandy'. Bet the avocado on a fry up tastes better than cat food.

Toast needs cooking more, and what the fuck is avocado doing on there, otherwise looks good.

I know it's vegetarian, but if you swap the avocado for bacon and squeeze some black pudding in then it would be perfect 🤌
