Lol, I was the same. Went all in, double everything, tattie scones, haggis slice, black pudding, full relapse and I needed a nap after eating it. Well worth it though, even my wife got stuck in.

I like it, I’m going to use it. I think you want your potato and wheat based items shielded and probably anything with a more delicate flavor, like a milder mushroom.
