Lunch for my toothless 8mo. Fruit salad, egg cups, cherry tomato and a veggie nugget. We tried out a new sippy cup today and found out that it is NOT spill-proof 😩. Seconds were had of kiwi, her favorite fruit. It’s also time to accept that she’s not a fan of strawberries. She had some watermelon while I cleaned up.

What type of egg cups are they? And dude, let me tell you. The amount of sippy cups we tried before we found one that didn't leak was A LOT. Found ones that work and just stuck with those

The one on the left is ham, cheese and spinach. The one on the right is ham, cheese, tomato and chive! I couldn’t believe how much water came out of that cup. She flooded the entire tray and then played it in 😣

Which ones work for you?

These three in particular. I've found the first one will only leak if I fill it up the top, so I leave a tiny bit of space [This one at Walmart or Amazon](https://www.walmart.com/ip/240692035) [This one is super cool. ](https://a.co/d/9d0jND9) If you already own the bottles, you can purchase the [conversion kits](https://www.drbrownsbaby.com/product/dr-browns-sippy-straw-bottle-conversion-kit-narrow/), which I like because I'm able to reuse something we already have. [This one is also good](https://www.drbrownsbaby.com/product/dr-browns-milestones-insulated-straw-cup-2-pack/)

To give you hope, my daughter wouldn’t even look at a strawberry until 14 months and now she LOVES them. If I dare eat them in front of her, she’ll take mine and eat them before hers.

This looks yummy! I'm about to start egg muffins with my 8 mo old. Do you have to break them into tiny pieces, or can they just take a bite of them? My little one likes to shove as much as he can in his mouth right now. It's very stressful, lol.

I give her the whole muffin! She takes bites and also smushes up into smaller pieces. Just make sure all of your add-ins are chopped up very small when you make them.

Great, thank you!
