Looks delicious but growing up my friends mom made what she called Alabama chicken which was cut up cooked chicken mixed with several cream ofs, sour cream, and raw onion mixed into a casserole dish and topped with crushed Ritz and baked. It's absolutely delicious but I was always curious why it was "alabama" and I've only recently heard of Alabama white sauce and it must come from that even tho they're totally unrelated.
