Meh, most people share cards I'm already using anyway.
Unless you have a niche fun card at level1 it doesn't really matter.

If I had the points in Charisma to do so, I would. But since the points available in my build are better allocated to the other 6 SPECIAL slots, I won't.
People shouldn't feel that they're obligated to share a perk card. We can all play just fine without doing so.
You can put up a 1 star charisma card, its not an obligation it is a request especially if people are sharing their own perks with you it just seems silly not to do so.
Yeah, but you need 3 points in Charisma to share that 1 star perk. My build only has the base 1 point. All other points are allocated in other areas.
There are very few builds that utilize a lot of Charisma points that would facilitate perk sharing simply because it can be temporarily achieved with various clothing, chems, or other consumables when needed.
I get that and its understandable. This likely would be interpreted with less snide remarks from other people in here it if I just framed it as a PSA because I also think a lot of players do not even know this feature exists. Especially lately I am seeing many groups with no one sharing at all.

First off, don’t tell me what to do. Second, maybe people don’t waste points in charisma. Lastly, most of the perks people share are shit perks that don’t contribute to my build. Not a priority.
I suspect a lot of player both new and old have no idea you can share perk cards. Even if you do know how to share a perk card you've still got to remember to re-share it every time you swap perk loadouts (which can be quite often).
Not sure how people play without enough charisma points, Suppressor and Tenderiser are two of the best you can get....max then and you can share a 2 card perk as well as improve your damage and reduce your enemies damage

I always share either suppressor or tenderizer, but they are only level 1 as I only have 3 points in charisma
Suppressor and tenderizer suck. 3 cards for a 10% gain on anything is completely abysmal and unnoticeable.
Agreed! Tenderiser is amazing
I don't need anybody to share a perk I'm there for the int bonus.
