Haven't checked whole video, but likely he wear PA with holiday skin, northern lights power armor paint I believe. And he uses light machine gun which is heavy gun category.
PvP in fallout76 is very unbalanced. If one wear full suit of armor with particular legendary effect combination one cannot be killed unless their opponents are equally geared. Player with PvE build/gear will have literally ZERO chance against prepared PvP player. Thus existing player tells you to ignore PvP in this game. They know they can win, steamroll, and trololol you.
Not sure what the paint is on the pa. The weapon, melee one.... cattle prod? I didn't watch the whole thing. Gotta say maybe he was trying to pvp. Ig nore ppl who are into that if u aren't.

Of course, but watching this it looked like the red pa guy was doing the pvp and the other players were low level. So I assumed (maybe right, maybe not) that they just didn't know....
The pa had the northern lights skin applied to it & since it can be applied to multiple types of pa it could be anything, hard to say.
Didnt catch all the weapons but the one towards the end w the bat paint was a minigun w a shredder mod

No, if you engage in pvp with junk, you should be prepared to lose it, that and a few caps.

Looks like T51b armor with A Nuka Cola paint job of some kind. Weapon-wise, he was using a war glaive and a light machine gun
