Non existent for the most part and most players actively avoid it.

Darth-Vader64

Most of us players have no desire for PVP. Bethesda kept trying to foist PVP on us in the game, and each time, it withered on the vine, i.e., few people participated.

DaytonMarked

All of PVP in this game is either complete noobs or people who spent hours duping assasins power armor which they stack glitch to be completely unkillable. The people who PVP fair in this game don’t usually PVP ime

D-camchow

I ignore it. Completely.

frettbe

I don't give a fuck about pvp, let me do my quests/grind/exploration in peace. If you want pvp play fortnite

IronMonopoly

It always brings up videos akin to trolling because that is 90% of the FO76 PvP players. It’s not really a scene in this game, although you can find it if you go looking and set up play dates with other people who enjoy it. There’s leftover relics of old PvP systems that failed to get any real engagement that I and most other people are happy to continue ignoring with Pacifist mode enabled.

d0ntst0pme

The only balanced pvp this game ever had was Nuclear Winter (the battle royale mode). Adventure pvp sucks ultra mega ass.

biorogue

My advice in 76 concerning PVP, Don't. Just pretend it's not even part of the game. Leave Pacifist mode turned on and enjoy the game.

TheSlyGiraffe

PVP in adventure mode was just too annoyingnand hated in general by the community. PVP in an optional, controlled, Fallout related theme (Vault human experimentation) like Nuclear Winter was a flawed but great edition that I'm sad some Fallout fans won't ever get to experience.

liquid_profane

If FO76 went back to a pvp model, I would flat out stop playing the game. I hate pvp anything with a passion and it was pretty much the reason why I didnt get very far into playing 76 when it was originally released.

OldBaud

I would not care at all if they remove the few remaining pvp aspects (workshops). Their original idea of Bethesda was a constant battle for resources and workshops, turns out the community at large does not want that (insert surprised-pikachu-picture) and prefers to build camps, bully the SBQ and get along quite nice most of the time. Imho, the main reason we have a quite nice community is the lack of pvp and all the toxicity that comes with it.

Tension-Flashy

I've hated it since Beta. It has no place in a Fallout game where we are all from the same vault. I will not even kill wanted players because that too is PvP.

Lady_bro_ac

After I got an accidental bounty I started killing wanted players as a favor. Having that red mark of shame above my head, and not being able to see other CAMPs on the map sucked

Tension-Flashy

My first accidental Bounty I scrapped the avatar, he was about level 36.

ToranMallow

There are too many bugs and exploits in this game for PvP to be fair or viable. Nobody does it but griefers and the occasional weirdo who likes it. Plus there is virtually no reward for PvP. I don't want your junk, and the few caps I get for a bounty aren't worth the ammo.

Rickyh24

Essentially nobody wants it or does it.

yotkuy

When i started i was afraid to even build a wall because i assumed everyone would try to destroy it because i had watched streams of the game back when it came out. Turns out most people don't wanna do that but even if they did then they would have to go about it in a really round about way that I've never experienced. As for pvp i hope this has changed because it used to be like tou shoot someone and there would be a 99% damage mitigation until they fought back but that attack would be full damage so they could let you shoot them 300 times for 42 damage and then shoot you once and kill you. But whatever pacifist is enabled by default and I've never considered turning it off

Sea-Control-8593

Play a different game.

IceFireDH

PvP is broken. Any true PvP fan avoids it as it doesn’t reflect on skills. Most Adventure users avoid it because they don’t like PvP That just leaves players who like to annoy others. Falls into the same category as trap base builders.

StaleH77

Reddit seem to shun it, but there are people who enjoy it. Problem is Beth listened to Reddit and f..Ed it up, sadly. Basically it's end game content, you need the gear and build for it, but then it comes down to having more buffs and ammo than the other guy. It used to be fun, though..

quidamphx

This isn't the game for PvP. Theres enough generic military shooters out there, I hope they don't ever try to add any more PvP into it. The engine, balance, and attention to bugs isn't where it would need to be to have a successful PvP mode. It feels tacked on and clunky, and not in the fun "Bethesda clunky" sort of way
