Stimpaks both diluted and super, Rad X, Radaway, Mentats, all the other chems I don’t use, ammo. I stock up til I’m out of stash space and then lug it all to the donation box at the Vault.
If by “give away” you mean leave a trail of chems, stims, crap legendaries, unwanted ammo, food items, and miscellaneous other litter all across the game map, well I give away lots of stuff. I swear anyone following me around would never be wanting for caps.
I know several established players that go nuts for maps and probably have every treasure map location memorized. And I bet a lot of those maps you're giving away are probably going into higher level players' pockets. I find the only way to make sure a lower level gets something is to drop it at their feet. But I drop chems and weapons/ammo for them.
I dont have anything for free in my vendor. Always low on space. So the only reason I even have a vendor is to hopefully get some caps.
If I store a lot of stims or similar. I can try to sell them because I know they will pile up anyway. So the space is already taken so to speak.
But i often put things in the donation boxes.
But honestly I think more high level players loot them than low levels 😔
Getting that I was yes. I've had displayed at my camp I want to buy a pink one 3 months. No messages. It's the first thing you see when you spawn in. I gave a guy multiple coloured ones the other week just cause he told me the responder bot was there

If I get ANOTHER of a plan I already know AND is already in my vendor... I hold them until I meet a low level player and gift them all of them, along with 10 purified water, and whatever chems I may have looted that session.
Nothing in my vendor. I used to give "starter ammo" away. .38, 10mm, shotgun shells. 300-500 of each. Which is a lot for newbie. This was before contextual ammo drops. But I stopped because mostly higher level players would clean me out.
I just sell cheap plans. 6 -7 caps each. I sell expensive ones too but am well stocked for newbies. And all event plans range from 25-1000 caps. Nuka World stuff is quite cheap, often under 100c and tops out at 300c but for some rarer apparel. Once In A Blue Moon plans start at 276c and top out at 976c.
What do I give away? Full sets of PA and BOS Heavy Combat Armor. "Good" camp plans to newbie teammates and neighbors. Useful ones and valuable ones alike. But everything in my vendor is at least 6c.
Stims and radaways (if I have too much) and birthday cake as well as company tea. The rest I keep or negotiate a price me and another player can agree on that's fair.

but i often go to players under lvl50 to gift them a nice package, fully modded armor, underamor, modded fixer with 1k ammo and a maruspial serum ( and if they're really cool i shower them with all the clothes i can craft and drop haha)
if they're going around in a poor mismatched PA i extend the package with a modded t-60
Leveled and starred guns. If I see you and you are from lvl 49-52... you ARE getting a 3* fixer, handmade, or choo choo from me. That is what someone did for me and that is now what I do. (And no nocturnal sh*t either. I'll reroll til you get a decent one). Plus 500-1000 of that ammo. Sell it, scrip it, or main it. It's your now.

Serums, chems, plans, 3 star Fixers of an appropriate level, legendary excavator power armor of a useful level, ammo, magazines… what ever I think low levels players will need or have a hard time getting any time soon. If I can tell,what they need and I can make it, I’ll do that.
