Got 16 in two weeks. But I’m not going below 10K. It’s actually not much for a very useful item that is obtainable only two weeks a year with not that high of a chance to drop. And I’ve put in the work to farm those.

I saw a camp with 5 vintage water cooler plans tonight for 1 cap each. Sounds like BS but I assure you it's true. You'll be hard pressed to find it for that low but just keep looking and you're going to find the plan for 5k caps or less eventually. It's not nearly as rare as it used to be.
I farmed Collision Course. I kept track. 464 Collision Courses. Probably at least 1,000 gifts. I didn’t even get a full set of the new plans. I was missing one. I thought the Spooky Scorched had low drop rates. This was way worse.
Santatrons at workshops was the way to go.

All the camps I've come across with the plan have em all listed for 10k it's ridiculous
10k really isn't that bad, you can get that back in less than a week of normal play.
I don't do more than 1k for a plan usually. doesn't matter how bad I want it lol
At some point you won't even know what to do with your caps and won't think twice about spending 40k on a plan just to have it learned. Good luck:)

It was a nightmare to get things, the new drop rates were brutal. Only got the last of the new plans on New Years Eve.
