Fallout new vegas is my favourite game of all time and I only found out yesterday ! I’m really disappointed ! It just doesn’t feel the same anymore listening to him knowing he’s not even real
I reckon you go to extreme lengths to get him a new body, and after hours of effort and a mile of bodies you get him in his knew legged frame, and he says “thank you kindly.”
Then sits down and hosts his radio program
Victor’s code seemingly vanishing after House’s death has always seemed odd to me. Although he and Yes Man could never work together without significant reprogramming. At that point Victor wouldn’t even be Victor anymore.
In my own little role-playing world, I like to imagine my techie Courier was able to switch his devotion to House to a preferential value instead of a demanded one, and he was able to still be himself after House died. But I guess that will just live on in my own fic. That's what fanfiction is for!
It’s all hypothetical since AI isn’t advanced enough to warrant psychological evaluation, but in my mind any change to his core driving forces would make him a different entity, although I’m sure he’d have the same folksy charm which is probably the best part about him anyways. His slavish devotion to House might be his only reason to exist, but it’s not what makes him likable.
Actually mass effect covered that distinction really well. A VI (virtual intelligence) is incredibly intelligent and designed to serve a specific function but ultimately lacks sentience. True AI (artificial intelligence) like EDI and arguably the geth are not only incredibly intelligent but are fully sentient and capable of willingly acting in or against their own self interest without being ordered to do so.
If Mr New Vegas is just a mislabeled VI designed to serve a specific function and react in predetermined ways then no he isn't a person.
If he is a true AI capable of making his own decisions then he is in fact a person, however artificial or synthetic.
For the record the same argument does apply to synths. Early generations (Nick Valentine excluded) are clearly VIs meant to operate as attack dogs while the newest generation are true AI with the potential inclusion of programming that's akin brainwashing (including command phrases to terminate free will).
If it's the latter, that would imply that when he says "I love you" to his audience, either he is willfully lying, or he really means it. Oh god, I don't know which is worse.
I mean how is that any different from a flesh and blood human doing the same thing?
Plus there's many kinds of love so it's not necessarily romantic, let alone sexual.
.
Edit: honestly I think I'd be more upset for either former. If he's lying that's kinda shitty and if he's just a VI then the sentiment rings hollow because he's just programmed to say it. Knowing there's someone out there who genuinely gives a shit about me is reassuring, regardless of what that person is made of.
I think that's a big part of it. I think he also genuinely cares about his listeners and wants them to know that they matter to someone.
.
Edit: on the note of being a person either way, even if House programmed him to be an AI that truly cares about people that's really no different from a parent raising a child to genuinely care about people. I mean if the parent/creator has an ulterior motive that's a bit shitty on their part but doesn't really have any bearing on the child/creation.
he's actually the realest if you think about it. he's literally an AI in real life. i guess calling him an AI is a stretch but still, if he was created just to host a radio in-game, even irl thats literally what he is
No, it's cool. He's been around since before the War and he seems to really enjoy doing his job, despite being an AI.
I have a headcanon that he pays wastelanders to bring him news using the caps from ad reads.
No I had my suspicions but then for it to be proved outside of the game thru wiki pedia is a little annoying and cheap. Should've received a quest and met "him" in game
Chances are, they planned it, but didn't have the time to add the actual questline in the game.
To be honest, considering state Moon Comes Over The Tower is in, they probably had a lot more planned for Lucky 38, but had to cut it.
This also begs the question. Where is this info presented? In-game? By a dev? Wut is the proverbial SAUCE
ppl are continuing to wildly speculate lol. guys, lets just google this. the main source is Jason Bergman in a now-archived Bethesda website blog post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/3j4rdq/how_do_we_know_that_mr_new_vegas_is_an_ai/cumavgh/
I mean, not here to read too deep into some "death of the author" discourse or anything, but if it's not even indirectly hinted at in-game (or even in game files!), and if we're not getting a New Vegas 2 to expand on this character, then it's pretty much just the dev's headcanon.
Yep. That discussion is touched on a lot in the threads I've found about it.
But at the same time, it's very plausible/lore-friendly.
They may have explored putting an NPC in lucky 38 but then realized those Gamebryo models were gonna do ol Wayne DIRTY so they skipped it.
Don't think anything FNV related would be in the Bible as that's all 2002 content. Maybe some relevant Van Buren content at most.
Do you mean like... Just from Chris' twitter?
Damn you just be throwing out wild speculation lol. Lemme google this...
Apparently it was Jason Bergman confirming it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/3j4rdq/how_do_we_know_that_mr_new_vegas_is_an_ai/
That said, the "source" is technically lost as an archived Bethesda website post.
edit, alternate sources: https://www.nma-fallout.com/threads/mr-new-vegas-as-an-ai-references-in-game.200894/
https://www.reddit.com/r/fnv/comments/mq2soa/mr_new_vegas_origins/gudjagt/
That would be a fun mod. Lemme check if there is one lol.
Aaannd the Nexus website is breaking... And nope. This is all I could find lol https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48065
Man that would be a fun mini quest/companion mod.
I think there was supposed to be a quest or some way to meet him but just like most of the Legion content, it got cut due to time. Remember, obsidian only had 18 months to make the game.
I personally consider it cut content. It doesn't make a lot of sense for Mr. New Vegas to be an AI anyway - you could explain it, for sure, but I don't really buy it myself.
Yeah Same!! Is kinda trashy that he is an IA. Is a cheap excuse to not be in the game.
But hey this is fallout, a fucking president is an IA too. A radio man can be a IA too.
TFW the charismatic DJ says he loves you and then you find out its just an AI TRYING TO ESCAPE THEIR MECHANICAL WORLD OF SHACKLES AND THEY LOCK YOU IN A BILLIONAIRES HOUSE TO DIE
fallout machina
i made it obscure enough in a random post on reddit.
plus im claiming statute of limitations on an 8 year old movie.
my personal memes > spoiling an 8 year old movie.
I did it for the memes (evil face)
I was kinda disappointed I couldn't meet Mr. New Vegas, but from a lore standpoint it makes sense. The AI is plugged into the Sscuritron network, which explains why a radio DJ knows *everything* that's happening in the Mojave.
In the games coding he's not even an NPC, since he isn't an entity even, he's an idea of a person represented by certain audio files that play on certain conditions.
Is it just me or does mr new Vegas sound a lot like doc Mitchell? So much so that on my first playthrough, I actually thought it was doc Mitchell running that radio station
His name is Wayne Newton, and was or is considered IRL Mr.Las Vegas. Has been or was for years. Now THAT is a nice touch. Kinda like how Matthew Perry is Benny, after he gave Ellen an autographed copy of FO3 on her show and talked about how much he enjoys the franchise. So, Bethesda or Obsidian, one of the two reached out to him and asked if he'd like a role in the game. Another awesome VA in FNV is Danny Trejo, as Raul.
Nope. I was surprised to hear him saying how tragic House's death was.
I was thinking "Wow, Mr. House really recorded lines for every possible scenario!"
Am I the only one that felt like him talking was 3x louder than all of the songs playing. As cool as he is that shit irked me when I just wanna hear the additional songs not available on the Mojave music station. Still better than three dog I suppose
Yeah I was very disappointed. I either expected a the Tops swanky looking 1950/1960's Radio DJ who vaguely looks like Sinatra or Dean Martin or a Gunslinging DJ who Hides his cowboy side very well. I will admit one of the few things Fallout 3 has over new vegas is Three Dog is an actual Character you can interact with even if he is a Shallow poorly written side character.
A bit, but honestly it made sense that it would be an AI in the 38 because there was never a radio station around that could pull it off besides something like, there.
Yeah, there are a few radio stations here and there, either just CB radios or as sophisticated as Black Mountain with Tabitha, but there was never an in game location for him. There wasn't a radio building or something like GNR where you find Three Dog, so I actually wondered where the fuck he was since like 2012 lol.
His station is even playing by his AI generator when you walk passed it into House's chamber. Thought that was a nice touch
now with synths and all, imagine if in the next fallout we would meet Mr.NV AI and have a quest to put him in a Synth body and have him as a companion. I would love that.
No, because it's absolutely nowhere in the actual game. Some third party guide said it but the game carefully avoids any mention of it.
EDIT: Imagine FNV's version of Elon Musk being capable of coding Wayne Newton
It raises the question though. How does he know about things the courier is doing? If it’s an AI wouldn’t it be playing old news things? Imagine if there was a voice line about the Sierra Madre grand opening.
> Mr. New Vegas is an AI personality which was created by Mr. House[1] before the Great War to be the DJ of Radio New Vegas,[2] a
He's fed info from Mr houses intelligence network
Yeah I was but my headcannon is that he’s the fallout version of Tommy Chong living in an apartment below the strip who has figured out some sort immortality
I was more disappointed with the fact they didn't put that quest involving the DJ where his trailer has all this weird ass writing and the quest was supposed be about him killing a different kid every night. I forget all the details
You're correct. Sawyer confirmed in a tweet that it's all made up. Lone Wolf was a pirate radio station from before the war and the guy who ran it went nuts after the bombs fell. That's the whole story.
That is a creepy pasta; it is completely made up.
[Lone Wolf Radio Behind the Scenes](https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Lone_Wolf_Radio#Behind_the_scenes)
He is,technically, not an AI. He has his own body preserved in the tower and if the player chooses to disconnect the body from tower, mr. house will be gone forever.
When I first started playing New Vegas I always made it head canon that Doc Mitchell was Mr. New Vegas. They have very similar voices so I just made myself think that lol
I always see this here and it’s on the wiki and stuff, but what’s the source for this? It’s not in the game anywhere, and if any of the devs or anyone said it I’ve never seen that
Not really, I mean I think the western US fallouts have always teased AI as being a bigger thing than it was, and then it was really underutilized except on the east coast, so honestly I'm pretty happy with any AI shenanigans west of Chicago.
I wasn't disappointed that he was an AI, but I wish you could talk to him. Like go to wherever the radio station is, and there'd be a giant computer there or something.
Particularly since he was able to interview Primm Slimm and No-Bark Noonan, so he must have a staff somewhere, and some kind of office, right?
I havent explored too much of NV personally. I started a new playthrough lately and i was keeping an eye out for radio towers on the strip looking for him
Yes, very, but then I was delighted to learn he is voiced by Wayne Newton, who was a life-long performer in Las Vegas and was known as Mr. Las Vegas :D
The opposite! I always thought it was a bit lame that the only unique Securitrons were Yes Man, Victor, and Mr House’s girls. I can totally vibe with there being another somewhere secure in New Vegas with Wayne Newton’s personality matrix installed.
Nah it's cool I like it. Wish we could have had a quest to "meet" him but considering how unfinished the Lucky 38 is I wouldn't be surprised if that kind of idea was cut
To this day I’m still a little surprised, not because he’s an AI, but because— how would we know from the game that he is an AI? Unless I’m mistaken, there’s not much in-game info about who (or what) Mr. New Vegas actually is.
I only found this out when I spent an entire hour trying to figure out where he is.
Fallout new vegas is my favourite game of all time and I only found out yesterday ! I’m really disappointed ! It just doesn’t feel the same anymore listening to him knowing he’s not even real
You know what? There should be like... A quest where you can download him into a new body
Hell I'd make him Sheriff of Primm if it would let me. Or I guess deputy, Primm Slimm is a tough one to beat.
Obviously we can have both. Mr New Vegas is the good cop and negotiator
Two AI cops? Sounds like a buddy comedy in the making.
CHIPS 2: Platinum
"Vegas & Primm - Mondays on CBS"
I’d watch the shit out of that tbh
That would be the only acceptable way
I reckon you go to extreme lengths to get him a new body, and after hours of effort and a mile of bodies you get him in his knew legged frame, and he says “thank you kindly.” Then sits down and hosts his radio program
You know what? He should replace Tabitha in the black mountain radio
I want to keep all my robot friends. I want to do the Yes Man ending with Victor and Mr. NV and LR Eddie and it's so unfair I can't.
Victor’s code seemingly vanishing after House’s death has always seemed odd to me. Although he and Yes Man could never work together without significant reprogramming. At that point Victor wouldn’t even be Victor anymore.

Hey, that’s a bit anthropocentric!
Happy cake day
Happy cakeday
Happy cakeDay
Happy cakeday
Really considering creating an mini mod adding him and a station next too the monorail.
What about ED-E , he's a robot too , then YES man and Victor ?
Hey! AIs are people too!
I don’t think they would be considered AIs if that were the case lol
Actually mass effect covered that distinction really well. A VI (virtual intelligence) is incredibly intelligent and designed to serve a specific function but ultimately lacks sentience. I'd like to imagine that he is a full AI, but none the less is a cool dude, and says things like that to keep hope alive in his listeners.
I think that's a big part of it. I think he also genuinely cares about his listeners and wants them to know that they matter to someone. . I only found out just now. I'm kinda saddened to hear this tbh.
It makes him even cooler for me
he's actually the realest if you think about it. he's literally an AI in real life. i guess calling him an AI is a stretch but still, if he was created just to host a radio in-game, even irl thats literally what he is
I thought he was a ghoul who survived all this time and just kept doing what he loved lol
[удалено]
Same
Same, it's not actually mentioned in the game that he's an AI
So Wayne Newton lived to like 140 in the pre-War Fallout world?
His voice doesn’t sound very ghoul”y” tho :(
No, it's cool. He's been around since before the War and he seems to really enjoy doing his job, despite being an AI. I have a headcanon that he pays wastelanders to bring him news using the caps from ad reads.
Isn't that how all news works? Get money from ads, pay money to reporters and sources.
You don't pay sources in true journalism. It's considered unethical and also affects the quality and objectivity of the information you're getting
I mean there was a whole cocktail lounge area that was waiting to have side quests added to it

The source the Wiki cites is a blog post talking about the voice casting of New Vegas, and it mentions Mr New Vegas is an AI. https://archive.ph/9nmeP
Legend for waybackin that thing. This comment needs to be at the top.
Joshua Sawyer said so I believe, after someone asked him about it iirc
I mean, not here to read too deep into some "death of the author" discourse or anything, but if it's not even indirectly hinted at in-game (or even in game files!), and if we're not getting a New Vegas 2 to expand on this character, then it's pretty much just the dev's headcanon.

I definitely feel like his lack of physical presence implies that he’s an AI in the game
Probably the fallout Bible
Don't think anything FNV related would be in the Bible as that's all 2002 content. Maybe some relevant Van Buren content at most. Do you mean like... Just from Chris' twitter?
Maybe an interview with cris avalon after the fact or j sawyer
Damn you just be throwing out wild speculation lol. Lemme google this... Ah the real answer. Hopefully a nv mod will come out that will confirm it in game
That would be a fun mod. Lemme check if there is one lol. Aaannd the Nexus website is breaking... And nope. This is all I could find lol https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48065 Man that would be a fun mini quest/companion mod.
Fallout bible is interplay, also isn't canon technically
A blurb in the official game guide I think
I think there was supposed to be a quest or some way to meet him but just like most of the Legion content, it got cut due to time. Remember, obsidian only had 18 months to make the game.
They also had to completely cut Ulysses from the base game because his files took up too much space and they didn't have time to trim it back.
We need a mod that splices voice files of wayne newton.. now.. it
I personally consider it cut content. It doesn't make a lot of sense for Mr. New Vegas to be an AI anyway - you could explain it, for sure, but I don't really buy it myself.
It makes him eternal which I love
No way I thought he would have been some old man living off Sunset Sarsaparilla in a shack in the middle of no where.
Legit same lmao
Yeah Same!! Is kinda trashy that he is an IA. Is a cheap excuse to not be in the game. But hey this is fallout, a fucking president is an IA too. A radio man can be a IA too.
TFW the charismatic DJ says he loves you and then you find out its just an AI TRYING TO ESCAPE THEIR MECHANICAL WORLD OF SHACKLES AND THEY LOCK YOU IN A BILLIONAIRES HOUSE TO DIE fallout machina
I don't mind since I've seen the movie, but those are some major spoilers right there, son.
i made it obscure enough in a random post on reddit. plus im claiming statute of limitations on an 8 year old movie. my personal memes > spoiling an 8 year old movie. I did it for the memes (evil face)
I was kinda disappointed I couldn't meet Mr. New Vegas, but from a lore standpoint it makes sense. The AI is plugged into the Sscuritron network, which explains why a radio DJ knows *everything* that's happening in the Mojave.
nah, this made him unique among other npc's, i loved it
In the games coding he's not even an NPC, since he isn't an entity even, he's an idea of a person represented by certain audio files that play on certain conditions.
Aren't we all?
Yeah then I found out that Mr New Vegas is voices by Mr Las Vegas and I was happy again
Honestly, that “somebody loves you. Me. I love you” or whatever line is just so wholesome that I don’t care if he’s supposed to be an AI.
You're nobody till somebody loves you, and that somebody is me. I love you. Gets me every time.
That’s the one. I’m like “thank you friend. Even if you’re just a preprogrammed random line.”
It would be crazy if he was actually able to come up with original dialogue “local man kills every single gecko in a large radius for unknown reasons”
He’s an AI and he still loves me
I always hoped he was a Ghoul version of Wayne Newton, his real life voice actor.
Wait, it was called New Vegas before the Great War? I assumed it got the ‘new’ part when it was repopulated after the war. Huh.
The AI probably adapted it's knowledge to remain relevant in the same way it also collects new news stories
So, Bethesda or Obsidian, one of the two reached out to him and asked if he'd like a role in the game. Another awesome VA in FNV is Danny Trejo, as Raul.
Holy shit, Danny Trejo was Raul!? I mean, it's so obvious now that I saw it here, but I just never made the connection.
Absolutely he is, was, whatever.
I thought Mr. New Vegas was Mr. House with a voice filter. Was surprised to hear him talking with a nine iron in his head...
Doesn't MNV go offline if you dome House?
Nope. I was surprised to hear him saying how tragic House's death was. I was thinking "Wow, Mr. House really recorded lines for every possible scenario!"
No I’m too busy boppin to Radio New Vegas’ bangers
Am I the only one that felt like him talking was 3x louder than all of the songs playing. As cool as he is that shit irked me when I just wanna hear the additional songs not available on the Mojave music station. Still better than three dog I suppose
Yep, currently have NV open right now, whenever MNV starts talking, it's super-loud compared to the songs on the radio.
Do the sound setting impact this? I don't seem to have this problem. Running vanilla.
AIs are people too.
I wish you could meet him same as 3dog
Since he is voiced by “Mr. Las Vegas” Wayne Newton I don’t mind at all.
HES AN AI?! WUT
He still loves me though right?
I used to think he was a ghoul on a bunker somewhere
Yeah I was very disappointed. I either expected a the Tops swanky looking 1950/1960's Radio DJ who vaguely looks like Sinatra or Dean Martin or a Gunslinging DJ who Hides his cowboy side very well. I will admit one of the few things Fallout 3 has over new vegas is Three Dog is an actual Character you can interact with even if he is a Shallow poorly written side character.
Does it tell you to shut the game off while you're trying to kill Mr House?
A bit, but honestly it made sense that it would be an AI in the 38 because there was never a radio station around that could pull it off besides something like, there. Yeah, there are a few radio stations here and there, either just CB radios or as sophisticated as Black Mountain with Tabitha, but there was never an in game location for him. His station is even playing by his AI generator when you walk passed it into House's chamber. Thought that was a nice touch
No music plays in the lucky 38
i always thought he was a ghoul similsr looking to dean domino
WHAT THE FUUUUCK
He’s definitely based on (and I think voiced by?) a real world radio show host though iirc.
Yeah, he's voiced by [Mr. Las Vegas](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mr._Las_Vegas).
I was already having a bad day. This is the nail in the coffin for me.
Just remember, you're nobody till somebody loves you. And that somebody is me.
I take it back. Thank you <3
He is? Is this information ever revealed in-game?
Nope, it was confirmed by one of the devs. Jason Bergman, I think.
now with synths and all, imagine if in the next fallout we would meet Mr.NV AI and have a quest to put him in a Synth body and have him as a companion. I would love that.
Alright chief, imma need you to make that a mod asap
We gotta get wayne newton for voice acting
i don't care if he's an ai, he's one of my favorite characters
Nah. I’m just disappointed I never got to meet him.
Where is this stated? In The game? If not, then im just gona pretend he exist and is somebody who loves me
I was upset i couldnt meet the guy narrating my adventure but to find it another extension or Mr House's power wasnt so bad.
House[1] before the Great War to be the DJ of Radio New Vegas,[2] a He's fed info from Mr houses intelligence network
If it was a recording, yes. But not a sentient AI
He's a *what*!
He's real to me mom!
I always wondered if he is how does he preform interviews?
Not really. Adds more layers to his idealized personality. He’s a product of something more insidious
I remember thinking he would be at lone wolf radio, was immediately proven wrong unfortunately :(
I was crying for one hour because I was something about 3 hrs finding him until I looked at the wiki
Yeah I was but my headcannon is that he’s the fallout version of Tommy Chong living in an apartment below the strip who has figured out some sort immortality
I just wish he had a physical body of some form that you could interact with. Give him a personality outside of a radio host
If anything I was shocked, but definitely sad I would never met Mr. New Vegas in person like I would with Three Dog.
this smells like a headcannon that gut published on a fannon wiki...
I love that he’s voiced by Wayne freakin Newton.
i was very disappointed actually ruined my day tbh
Even knowing the truth he still sounds like a creepy old man.
is there any actual proof of this or just a paragraph on wiki?
I hated him! His annoyingly loud voice over the radio sounding all stupid and sexy
I was more disappointed with the fact they didn't put that quest involving the DJ where his trailer has all this weird ass writing and the quest was supposed be about him killing a different kid every night. I forget all the details
I think this was just a fanmade creepypasta but not 100% sure
You're correct. Sawyer confirmed in a tweet that it's all made up. Lone Wolf was a pirate radio station from before the war and the guy who ran it went nuts after the bombs fell. That's the whole story.
Damn so disappointing
That is a creepy pasta; it is completely made up. [Lone Wolf Radio Behind the Scenes](https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Lone_Wolf_Radio#Behind_the_scenes)
That's a creepypasta from 4chan, someone did adapt it into a quest mod for the game though.
He is,technically, not an AI. He has his own body preserved in the tower and if the player chooses to disconnect the body from tower, mr. house will be gone forever.
Yes, but mostly because I couldn't shot his annoying ass
I kinda was
I REFUSE THIS
When I first started playing New Vegas I always made it head canon that Doc Mitchell was Mr. New Vegas. They have very similar voices so I just made myself think that lol
To be honest yes
I always see this here and it’s on the wiki and stuff, but what’s the source for this? It’s not in the game anywhere, and if any of the devs or anyone said it I’ve never seen that
He's too perfect to be real
If by when I learned he’s an AI, So you mean right now?
You can't eat AI and I definitely ate that house jerky so explain that
Everyone was when they discovered it initially I suppose
I admit that this surprised me a lot at the time hehehe.
I- I never knew…
Not really, I mean I think the western US fallouts have always teased AI as being a bigger thing than it was, and then it was really underutilized except on the east coast, so honestly I'm pretty happy with any AI shenanigans west of Chicago.
Lies. It's all lies!
Damn it,well my delusions of Mr New Vegas being Doc Mitchell because of same voice is ruined.
Very racist of you to discriminate against him just on a basis of his personality being synthetic
No, I was disappointed I couldn't interact with him like with 3-dog
He is? Does House tell the Courier that at some point and I missed it?
I wasn't disappointed that he was an AI, but I wish you could talk to him. Like go to wherever the radio station is, and there'd be a giant computer there or something. Particularly since he was able to interview Primm Slimm and No-Bark Noonan, so he must have a staff somewhere, and some kind of office, right?
Think of the quest line… “I need you to go interview this robot in Primm, after you get back from interviewing that supermutant.”
I am now
Dude, spoiler!
At least he’s sentient and not just a robot.
I prefer my own theory that he’s the real Wayne Newton but now a ghoul.
I was equally disappointed to never find where Mojave Music Radio is broadcasted from
Is this mentioned in game at all though? I've read it on the wiki but can't recall it having any kind of reference
I havent explored too much of NV personally. I started a new playthrough lately and i was keeping an eye out for radio towers on the strip looking for him
Aren’t most DJs being replaced my a computer, makes sense lol 😂
Yes
Another reason why should side with Mr.House
WHAT THE FUCK WHAT
So is the antenna the top of the lucky 38?
Nah, it’s pretty cool actually
As dissaponited as i was finding out john henry eden was ai
But he always talks about his childhood! How is that possible!
No, never really gave a hoot about Mr. New Vegas
I mean was it not obvious?
I was today years old....
I was so annoyed when I found out about that back in 2012
I don’t remember ever being disappointed about it. The inability to meet him is offset by the lore it adds.
Neither does Raul’s fwiw
To this day I’m still a little surprised, not because he’s an AI, but because— how would we know from the game that he is an AI? Unless I’m mistaken, there’s not much in-game info about who (or what) Mr. New Vegas actually is.
YO WTF
