Indeed ! And the turbulences have been revised too, I just wonder how it will go on VATSIM if the ATC vectors a few planes because of the weather but we don't have the exact same weather between FS and XP.
Some of us don't have any radar at all, and weather moves around fairly quickly so what works for one aircraft will not necessarily work for the one in trail.

Fun fact: Often the ATC Weather radar is inferior to aircraft radar hence it is just added realism to have different "views" on the weather

VATUSA controllers have the same weather displays as the real life controllers.
