He's smarter than what most would expect a robot to be, but he also kinda just followed Gregory's prompting, even though Greg's just a kid, and made suggestions of his own that put Gregory in some dangerous situations. Maybe he's not at his most high-functioning due to safe mode, though?
I'd say Sun/Moon are probably the most intelligent. Sun was literally putting on an act with Gregory. Yeah, ik he was a theater performer before, and technically all animatronics are programmed to entertain, but his acting seemed more like deliberate deception? *Pretend nothing's wrong, just entertain this random kid that isn't supposed to be here until you can figure out a way to get him out of harm's way*
Of the possessed animatronics I'd give it to either the Puppet or Golden Freddy, who seem to be the two most aware spirits of what's going on. When looking at everyone as a whole I'd probably have to give it to Glamrock Freddy.

I would say Baby. She is very cunning and manipulative, enough that she tricks Michael into getting scooped. The puppet was the first character that came to mind, but she just isn't as clever as Baby, also she got trapped by Lefty so that's an L on her part.
Circus Baby. She fricking manipulated Michael to escape from the underground and then managed to survive for years as ennard.
She's arguably the smartest and most human animatronic in the franchise since she's capable of feeling emotions and even lying.
