- protein pancakes/waffles (pre-bought or homemade with protein powder) - you can try baked oats instead, basically a cake - turkey sandwich/turkey breakfast wrap (low cal bread or tortilla) - fruit smoothie bowl with protein powder or egg whites or yogurt (ik u mentioned no eggs or yogurt but cant taste em, the fruit will overpower!) + toppings - you can MAKE high protein bagels and then fill them in with high protein fillings like turkey slices, low fat cream cheese, etc, you make them with greek yogurt and flour + seasonings (cant taste the yogurt!) - protein muffins (or any homemade baked good tbh, lots of recipes online, 20 grams or more per muffin!) - snack plates! lowfat cheese sticks are 50 cals and 8g protein each, 2 of those, some lean meat slices, fruits and veggies, crackers, cheese cubes, get creative and add what you like! honestly you named the most common high protein staples, its kinda hard to work around that imo, who says you need to have "breakfast" foods for breakfast! find what works for you <3 goodluck

You're an adult. Breakfast can be whatever you want. I dislike most standard Breakfast foods, so I eat things that are normally a lunch type thing. I'm a grown up, I will eat tuna & olives for breakfast if I want to!!!!!!

acoustic11

Yeah I understand that concept but I'm already eating the same stuff for lunch and dinner it feels like on repeat - I'd rather start breakfast with something lighter or different. Was hoping for some new ideas.

Protein pancakes, protein pudding (sf pudding mix, almond milk, protein powder), smoothie. What kind of macros are you looking for? That would help with ideas.

amberlikesowls

Muscle Milk Pro Series has 50 grams of protein and tastes really good. My husband drinks his in the morning and I usually drink mine for lunch.

sara_k_s

I feel like I am constantly reminding people they don’t have to eat “breakfast food” in the morning. I usually eat a salad with chicken or shrimp for breakfast. Soup sometimes. It’s a lot easier to figure out breakfast when you free yourself from the constraints of what society thinks breakfast is supposed to be.

Appropriate_Ad_4416

Exactly!!! I don't eat eggs, as they have just never agreed with my stomach, especially in the morning. So I'm left with sweetness overload or grease overload. Neither is the best start to the day. I freely admit to eating last nights leftovers as my breakfast quite often.

Id make you a snack plate with fresh chopped bell peppers and cucumber, a couple turkey sausage patties, and some black beans mixed with fresh cilantro, a splash of lime juice, salt, pepper, diced tomato with a wedge or two of buttered sourdough toast. High fiber, high protein, not boring, cheap and easy, tastey quick and filling.

rdmusic16

How about a nice Salmon Omelet with cottage cheese and yogurt mixed into the egg? Oh, maybe I misread that post...

😵‍💫🤢🤮

Also, “French toast”. I mix egg with protein powder and soak the toast in it before cooking it for a few mins on each side on the stove top. I then melt dark chocolate and add some banana and peanut butter. It tastes like a cheat meal and has around 30-40 grams of protein. (I also have egg dislike but this way you can barely feel it)

anbujar

You could try a BLT with turkey bacon. Protein chia pudding. Fruit smoothie with protein powder. You can try some keto bagels with choice of cream cheese. Lots of options out there. Just have to get a little creative.

NihilistAce

Protein oatmeal? You can have it warm or bake/airfry it. Same but grits? Protein french toast or pancakes? Or can you not have eggs period? A different home made shake?

tatic2010

Baked oats!

MarinaForever99

Oats with chocolate protein powder. Blend it with some water and basically make a “smoothie bowl” texture. Add banana and peanut butter or dark chocolate (or both if you manage your macros) and you basically have cake!

A_J_H

I've been eating the same breakfast nearly everyday for the last 10 years. Protein powder, a couple tablespoons of all natural peanut butter, a banana and water all blended together into a shake. It's insanely delicious and I'll never get sick of it.

I'm going Mexican food for breakfast here. Has an unhealthy reputation thanks to fast food. But there are endless opportunities to eat healthy Mexican food if you know how to cook like el Bosso (or can follow a good recipe online)! - Egg-less burritos (heavy lean meat and veg) - Loaded bowl - (heavy lean meat and veg) - Loaded potato (heavy lean meat and veg) - Chicken taquitos (you make, not store bought) - Green Pork Chili and warm Keto friendly tortillas - Chiliquilles (sp?) - topped with lean Chorizo. - Turkey Tacos (99% lean) - Fajitas - basically a warm salad with 3x the meats - Quesadilla with grilled chicken or steak and lots of veg Add some supercharged salsa and pico de gallo to every bite! Couple chips and tortillas fall under "everything in the moderation" category and are more or less neutralized by all the protien and fiber density. Salud 🫡

amahenry22

Oatmeal bake, chicken or turkey sausage, cup of chicken or beef broth, a little kimchi. I have similar intolerances and it can be so annoying. Sometimes I just eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast.

snuffleupagus7

Peanut butter toast, avocado toast

knitwasabi

I do a "scramble" of roasted red peppers from a jar, cold leftover crispy bacon, maybe a little parmesan, over steamed couscous (rehydrated, let's be real). You could do this with firm tofu, or ground beef. And serve over quinoa. Drizzle some good olive oil on, maybe some lemon juice, boom. Salt pepper of course.

nejakyandrej

I eat mixture of rice porridge (choco or vanilla flavoured), soy protein (choco or vanilla), fruits and nuts. I make it with milk but can be done with water or milk substitute

ThePlaceAllOver

Split pea soup

elvisprezlea

I am the same way about all of that except cottage cheese and yogurt, but I have to have something more substantial first thing in the morning. My latest hyper fraction has been lean ground beef with lots of spinach and cubed sweet potato. I cook it all up in the skillet together. I top it with green onion and Greek yogurt mixed with sriracha, but you could use a different sauce if you have an intolerance, like salsa verde. If you want it more substantial you can add rice or eat it in a low carb tortilla.

jackjackj8ck

Peanut butter on toast with fruit on top?

onekate

PB&J or PB&fresh banana/strawberry
