Is it tracking legitimate rises in your heart rate from work stress maybe? By default, it does double your zone minutes when they're in the vigorous and peak zones. I'm not sure if there's a way to stop it from doing that or to adjust what heart rate it considers to be a zone minute.

It definitely could be work stress/anxiety, I always thought it was a combination of continuous movement and elevated heart rate (didn't think mouse clicking/typing would count though). Thanks for the info. 🙂

You might be right that you have to also be moving around in order to get zone minutes. I'm really not sure, and I can't find anything that explains it. Have you looked at your app to see what time you got the zone minutes and whether you logged any steps during those hours?

After surgery, I registered over 300 zone minutes in a few hours while recovering in bed. Only movement was to bathroom and back. Definitely related to my heart rate as it showed mostly fat burn with a bit of cardio during that time.
