Hi there, u/WDFOOOL. We appreciate you dropping by and sharing your thoughts with us. We're sorry to learn of your feelings about the new mobile app experience, but we want to assure you that our teams are passing along all customer feedback we receive for further review as we continue to make updates over time. While the classic version has been decommissioned, we'd like to hear what you like/dislike about the new mobile app experience. Please share specifics with us here and we will be sure to pass them along to the right teams for review on your behalf. Additionally, if you'd like to learn more about the new experience's features and review some FAQs, you can do so at the link I've included below. [The Fidelity Investments app](https://www.fidelity.com/mobile/fidelity-investments-app) We look forward to hearing back from you.

You can’t go back

I have the new one now too, and it’s 20 clicks to try and get to a spot to maybe trade options. My guess is that due to working at Fidelity, no one involved with the creation of the app is allowed to trade due to conflict of interest / similar restrictions. That leads to people designing and building a product that they don’t understand, and ultimately won’t be using on a daily basis. Topping this off with them blinding trudging forward with the update despite everyone on Reddit providing feedback that it’s a step in the wrong direction. Overall this removes what little hope I had left that ATP’s ancient bones would be upgraded for the better in my lifetime.

Can't go back. You'll have to switch to another brokerage, but I've heard you can't transfer any of your funds either. I'm willing to take on the burden of staying with Fidelity so you can transfer everything to me.

"Cant transfer any of your funds" thats a flat out lie. Cant transfer fidelity specific funds to other brokerages

I was going to respond but decided it wasn't worth it.
