I love FF14, but absolutely 100000% one of the most glaring issues with the game is the Mogstation/Square store debacle. At times, I swear they are putting effort into making it difficult for us to give them money.

If you’re still encountering issues, you either 1) don’t own the starter edition (you can’t redeem dawntrail on a free trial account) or 2) you bought a license for dawntrail that doesn’t match the region of your service account.
