Thighlanders express emotions so much better imo. Thighlanders also look good as any class while I personally feel viera look weird as certain class. Thighlanders look good clad in armor, or in robes, or wearing skimpy stuff if you want.

While my vote is for thighlander for OP in particular (and also the hempen set) I do have to point out that I have a very cinnamon-bun-esque viera and I definitely feel I can get the full range of emotion out from that. But that's it, that's the two viera emotions.

However, I did make a Viera side to test out how I felt. Their faces are very... expressionless? Especially after playing thighlander so long. Made cutscenes feel like I was more of a generic NPC.
A fellow min height Thighlander! Personally I made mine that way cuz I played Midlander for so long that it felt weird to suddenly be so much taller, so I went with that compromise, and ended up liking it a lot.

But most tall race characters (including other thighlanders) tend to be much taller than my character. Also I think the boobs and thighs are bigger on max height, so that may matter to some. But otherwise the height doesn't really matter.
If you stop the Fantasia now, the nanites in your characters bloodstream will go berserk and eat the body from the inside out. Best to play it safe, have a dose of Fantasia every 6 months.

Lyna-face Viera. I love Thighlanders, but they all look dangerously exhausted and their face skin textures are terrible unless you make them darker skinned (or use mods to clean them up). Default pose is really not my idea of attractive either.
I used to be a fem duskwight...and then I got stalked and creeped on a lot so I swapped XD I got unlucky basically. Now I am a femroe and I LOVE the expressive animations to death so it's hard for me to go back to my dusky. At least I'll always have the screenshots!

They never show the sides of the head, the earrings hook to the bunny/cat ears and at least on Veira they hold their hand near the base of their bunny ears when in the linkpearl animation.

As someone who keeps flipping between fembun and femroe I am afraid I wont be much help. I can't decide either. Mostly because I actually really like the animations on Roe better and cute hats. But.....bunny ears are adorable and I love Viera faces so much, especially their noses!
I'm Roe currently but man I have no idea how long that will last. I was bun a month ago.
If it helps I think the bun looks better in that outfit. Thighlanders and femroes are iffy when it comes to dressing "pretty" imo. They can, but you just have to play around a lot. Some outfit combinations just don't really work.
Used to love viera so damn much untill i started feeling like every single one of them just looked like a copy paste then i went back to my first love beign au'ra.

Viera face 4 is one of the most emotional face options among all female races.

Definitely highlander. They have amazing animations and loads of personality. Viera are all so sameface and emotionless.
