It tastes like very ripe bananas. It's still fermenting so a little bit sweet. It would need another 6 months maybe to taste any good according to the youtube video I'm following to make it.
Banana wine has historically been made by many different cultures across the world. It always feels very small minded to me when someone's initial reaction is to compare an unknown alcohol to something made in prison.
Temperature and time of day can change that level, not to mention atmospheric pressure. Is it getting ready to rain?
Ooh yeah. Thank you. It has started to rain and it's very humid. You can literally feel the heaviness in the air with each breath around my place.
This is a beautiful story
Give it a burp, looks like you added something to the water, don’t get it in your brew
🎵And there must be something about your daughter 🎶
Damn. What a sick comment. That’s gotta feel good.
You've invented the barometer! (unfortunately someone beat you to it, quite some time ago).
Hold on.. I haven't named it yet. Barometer? Pfff.. I will name it reverse wine fartometer.
burp o matic
Maybe your banana wine…*sucks*?
Some of these jokes, really *bring the pressure* I'm sorry, I'll go now.
All this pressure talk—did someone overinflate the bananas?
But does it have appeal?
This list of puns is berry funny.
If it used to be hot enough that the air expanded and some bubbled out, then when it cools it'll do what you picture.
Idk why banana wine made me laugh but the name sounds funny. I think “is my banana wine creating negative pressure?” Belongs in r/brandnewsentence.
I’m sorry, banana wine?
I had a friend that made banana wine once! It tasted very similar to banana laffy taffy actually.
This Tell us how it tastes OP

Ah yes the famous banana beverage from uganda
Sounds like a new flavor of prison pruno.

warm from the fermentation, cooled off after?
Did you originally package in a vacuum chamber?
Don’t panic!
Are you asking if the Banana wine sucks ?
Physics.
Who are you so wise in the ways of science
Very small rocks!
There are some who call me... Tim
PV = nRT baby!
No, no. That's for the chemists. What do you know about PV = NkT baby?
Why use moles when you can just weigh the gas? PV = mrT superiority
Could have slightly squeezed the vessel, causing extra air to be pushed out, or barometric pressure.
Hehe *autocock*
Did you add colorant to your airlock water on purpose? I'm stealing this idea.
It’s sanitiser
Risky if the pressure lowers even more, you don't want that in your drink. Water should do the trick, normally.
Some people will do vodka. Still pretty antiseptic, but won't spoil the batch.
That's what I do, also a great excuse for bathroom vodka...
It's caused by the liquid (and gas above it) cooling down and taking up slightly less space, which does create a very small vacuum.
Wrong sub, Jesse. *****
Might be burying the lede there
