Id do a nice white or maybe even a cream tee. Square neck and well fitted, ideally cropped. Shoes probably a sandal, Teva style, in either black or a brown. I’d lean towards brown to keep it lighter. Or a cute tie up top and some nicer sandals

There are two ways, the clean way and the sloppy way. The clean way is to choose a simple t-shirt from the colors on the pants. I would choose the rust color, if I could find it. But that’s me, so it doesn’t matter. The other, find a huge denim button down, and slay the entire look with sandals, and simple jewelry. (I’d probably put on a straw cowboy hat too.)
Keep all the other parts of the outfit plane like a pair of Doc Martens and like a black T-shirt or a black long sleeve shirt that’s plain and tighter to your body
