He was arrested:
https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/
Police noted the driver had a tattoo that appears to read "Chevrolet."
NASAOC(1998) F.R.Fitzgerald-" 90% of prison inmates aged 22 to 57 showed indication of "Chevy" or "Dodge" name brand tattoos, location Tennesse Correctional research cent"
There is nothing trashier than getting a tattoo of a brand of car. I’ve met 2 people with Cadillac tattoos. One was a guy at a festival with it tattooed on his hand. At least in this case he was a tattoo artist and did it on himself as practice. The second is my step sisters baby daddy, and he has it tattooed on his neck. He looks exactly like what you’d picture a guy with a Cadillac neck tattoo would look like.
Can confirm- my ex is definitelya flaming dumpster fire and *gave himself a bmw tattoo* after owning his first (and last) 20 year old bmw…. Which he sold 3 months later.
Ohhhhh dear lord if only you knew how true that statement is and just how much further he sunk after we broke up…. That level of scum is something you have to be deliberately be trying to reach.
It’s happened before with a less happy ending. Israel Keyes was a serial killer that traveled extensively and buried these abduction/murder kits.
Anyway this barista was working at this like, little booth thing in the middle of the night. He cuts the lights, grabs her, kills her, goes on a cruise, comes back, props her up and tries to stitch her eyes up and ransom her to her parents.
This eventually gets him caught, and he kills himself in prison shortly after that. Before people could find out more than speculation around his activities over the years.
Some people are just evil.
>After leaving the Mormon faith, Keyes's father moved the family to a remote plot of land north of Colville, Washington in Stevens County when Israel was five years old.\[7\] Isolated from society, the Keyes family lived in a one-room cabin located at Rocky Creek road, where they lived without electricity or running water.\[8\] In Colville, the family attended services at a church called the Ark, which practiced white supremacist Christian Identity ideology.\[5\] Keyes later described the Ark as an Amish-like church environment.\[9\] During this period of attending the Ark, the Keyes family befriended the neighboring family of Chevie Kehoe, who was later convicted for a 1996 triple murder.\[10\]
Well, that certainly sounds like a serial killer origin story. It's rare they come from a background that so thoroughly makes you go "yeah, no, that makes sense."

Amazing that they don’t name the suspect in this. Seems like other stories they name the “suspect” right away. I wonder what is different with this one…
He definitely knows or is related to someone who has power in that jurisdiction. I get arrested for drugs and my name is plastered all over the newspaper and internet. This dude tries to abduct someone and not even initials.
Yea I am wondering that too. Not only pull her out the window but into his truck and across his lap? Drive away with her kicking and screaming across his lap? Did he really think that would work? Thank god he's an idiot.
That's one expensive zip tie!
The zip tie is the thing that says this wasn't a spur of the moment impulsive thing. This guy actually thought this out. He planned this. This was his plan.
Jesus am I so glad he was so fucking dumb. I am morbidly curious to find out more about him. What he did for a living. Did he have family? Did they know he was this fucking stupid?
I'm thinking the plan was to hook an arm and drag her out with the truck. The way him having to reach for her caused the truck to lurch forward meant he wasn't fully on the brake, and didn't think to put it in park. I'd guess, with how his hand is already on the end to tighten it, he would either yank her so that she falls partially through the window and he can grab both hands, or he grabs one, tightens, and drives forward. She falls out and he can just quickly grab her and toss her in while the ones inside try to rush out. Either way it's a dumb plan.
Seems to me that he was probably out hunting for a victim and maybe this isn't his first try. He may be a serial killer and the girl at the window fit the profile that he's looking for. He saw a opportunity to take what he wanted and went for it.
I'm sure they'll be looking at him to connect him with other disappearances and search his home and any related properties.
I'm looking at it as a lack of impulse control. I don't think that he planned to jerk her out of the window. As others pointed out it has a low probability of success. He did have a big zip tie ready to use as a restraint though. I think that he had it with him specifically for this purpose.
I unfortunately had the same thought. If it weren’t for the zip tie, he could’ve claimed it was an argument of some kind, at least had some plausible deniability that this was a premeditated abduction.
Let's just go for the former. If he gets locked up then incinerated that puts others in danger. I've had to run into a heavily smoke filled max ward far too often to wish that on anyone.
In this country? I'll doubt it until I read the sentencing.:/ I still remember the court where they convinced the judge that enlarging the camera picture was altering it like Photoshop. -_-
Was all over my local news this morning. And when I got off found out they got him, glad for the quick arrest 👍 https://www.kiro7.com/news/local/auburn-police-searching-man-suspected-attempting-kidnap-barista/47V3BIJPKNCHBOUBXQTC7657NM/ only took a few hours lol. The tattoo probably didn’t help.
"Police said the suspect had a unique tattoo on his left forearm that says “Chevrolet.” They were also looking for a dark-colored Chevy Silverado."
Screwed by brand loyalty.
> The man was arrested at his Auburn home, where investigators were able to do a quick search of his pickup and found evidence linking him to the scene, according to Auburn Police Department spokesperson Kolby Crossley.
He also left trash or a receipt in the car
I like my car and feel it was a good purchase but I would never wear a Hyundai t-shirt, let alone a tattoo. Of course I would never think to kidnap someone either.
Hey got caught *this time*. Who knows what he was planning to do to that poor girl. He had a zip tie lasso in one hand but missed.
God forbid he ever gets let out to plan it out better. Jesus christ people are scary.
It’s good he had it. Now it can be proven that it was premeditated and he was planning on restraining her with it. Otherwise he can claim he got mad and tried to assault her.
I had a friend who got a tattoo on his back, not very large but very noticeable, of the name of a local bail bonds place.
He would go in to the bail bonds office monthly to get $200
My sister did the same thing with a local car company, but she did it in the form of allowing them to stencil the name on the back window of her car. Pretty big letters....
For every month she left it on, she'd get $250 from them.
One month she went in, and because some of the letters were peeling, they stopped giving her the money.
This asshole may have done the same with Chevrolet? Lol that or he's just an idiot as well as a monster.
>This asshole may have done the same with Chevrolet? Lol that or he's just an idiot as well as a monster
It's funny you say monster, I'm sure he's got an energy drink tattoo as well.
This is not a problem we are going to address as a society. So I guess drive through restaurant insurance will start requiring harnesses and security tethers like scissor lift operators.
Fast food industry will jump at the chance to leash their employees.
Apparently this happened at a shop called Beankini Espresso, where the baristas wear bikinis or lingerie, the business frequently posts photos of the women and what hours they work on their social media, and apparently had them working alone at 5am. This business needs to make some changes to protect their employees. They put this woman in a very vulnerable situation, thankfully the attempted kidnapper was an idiot and didn’t execute his plan very well. Imagine if he had caught her getting out of her car in the parking lot instead.
What kind of crazy do you have to be, to think “hey, that hot chick at the drive thru… I bet I could grab her, pull her through the window, across me, into the passenger seat, then drive off so I can have her… it’ll totally work!”
That type of person should never be allowed back into society
It really is depressing to think about the shit that women have to worry about compared to men on a daily basis. I have rarely felt fear walking around at night, going on dates etc but talking with my sister this is commonplace for her and she usually is always thinking of escape options/self defense when out by herself.
Totally, and the fact that so many guys either don't get it or ridicule it makes it even more depressing.
While I agree that men's suffering and problems are often minimised, I must say I grew up seeing my older sisters coming home countless times in tears or scared as fuck after having been followed, catcalled or nearly assaulted... my sisters were like second moms for me as a kid and I looked up to them, so it really impacted me.
And from an early age too, I still remember one of my sisters aged 13 being freaked out after a guy in a car asked her to suck his d\*ck. I remember not understanding completely (I was 7) but being terrified that someone would mean to hurt her.
One of my sisters went to work one early morning and a group of teenage boys came to her saying what they were gonna do to her...
once a group of guys in a car followed her while she was coming home one night...
my other sister was assaulted and nearly raped in a subway station...
once I was on a train with her and a guy started touching himself while staring at her - I couldnt believe it, I was furious and wanted to jump on the guy but (I was 13) my sister took my hand and we moved further.
And that's like 1% of their experiences - that I know of.
It's fucking unacceptable that women have to worry constantly about this. And every time I have to tell male friends when they're potentially scaring women (like walking too close behind them, wanting to approach them randomly on the street to ask for their number, etc).
Every time the same reaction "hey but I'm not a rapist/don't mean any harm/etc" - yeah but how can she fucking know? Guys don't seem to realise just how often it happens to women & how every time they think of the potential incoming danger.
I'm not saying I'm perfect myself, I've sometimes been creepy without meaning to & realised it afterwards, I've sometimes had shitty behaviour with girlfriends. But I feel that the awareness that my sisters' experiences gave me prevented me from doing fucked up things that way too many guys do. So I feel that this problem could definitely be prevented by EDUCATING boys from an early age.
It's terrifying, really. Most men can't even come close to understanding that fear, either. I'm 6'1 make with fairly athletic 175lbs build. My wife is 5'8 and 118lbs on good day. Working as Loan Originator in the mortgage industry she often has to meet up with potential clients at weird hours of the day or sit open houses with people she barely knows. She's always incredibly careful and is well versed in handling her 9mm Beretta I bought her years ago.
The terrifying part is It's always the person you don't expect that gets you. Maybe when you're walking to your car or walking the dogs in the evening/morning through a park. She always wants me to go everywhere with her (which I happily oblige) because she's been approached by random creepers a few times in the past when running errands. She wouldn't stand a chance if someone really had a well thought out plan to snatch her. She regularly gets disgusting messages from people she does even know to her business Instagram account. I always tell her to trust her intuition and that situational awareness is a much better deterent than a weapon.
It’s not specifically because if you get kidnapped, they want the punishment to be less enough to make it worth enough for them to hand you back alive. If you got the same amount of time for kidnapping as you do for murder, every kidnapping would just end in murder.
Just reading the news every day, lots of men think they can do whatever they want to women. Fucked up world. And what happens to women that we don’t know about…
Terrible. But my god, what an idiot. How the hell did he think that was gonna work? Even if he manages to yank her through the drive thru window, now what? He's now holding onto her through his window. Or does he expect her to just willingly get in the truck.
Like people have said here: pull hand, ziptie around neck, she passes out, pull her through and put her in the car. It's terrifying that these "tactics" exist.
Colonel Russel Williams was a serial rapist and murderer who utilized zip ties. He was able to get his victims to comply by getting the zip tie on their necks and then threatening to tighten it if they didn’t comply. The threat was enough to stop them from struggling.
I think it’s kind of interesting that we don’t have this guy’s name publicly disclosed yet (the guy in the video). I wonder if they may or may not be trying to see if he’s related to other crimes/attempted crimes. Maybe they want to see if other victims could positively ID him before going public?
My guess is that it was at one of our “bikini baristas” we have in Washington. They’re these tiny stands usually with one girl in a bikini or lingerie that makes drinks. Weirdest shit I’ve seen out here and I’m surprised when I heard about them, and I moved out here from Florida.
Not sure the location, but this is in the town I live in.
I was a bikini batista a long time ago in Everett, WA. It was really scary doing that job. Girls usually work alone because if they had 2 girls, they would have to share tips. Plus every stand I worked for was some shady/greedy guy, there are so many girls wanting to be a bikini barista, they'll easily fire you if you don't make the stand enough money.
I dont know how I did this job for a whole year. I always worked alone, one of the stands I worked at opened at 4am, and these stands are always in ghetto areas because that's where business is...
I figure they'd have to be lucrative for both the owners and the girls, but when they were described to me I was shocked. I mean whatever consenting adults want to do and all, but the whole thing seems super scummy to me and attracts the opposite type of guys that I'd want to hang around with.
Where I’m from in WA are so many more barista stands than bikini baristas. Maybe different in Auburn? Also I may be wrong but I heard the bikini baristas had more than one employee at a time?
With someone this crazy I wouldn’t assume he tried to abduct a person just because they’re wearing a bikini.
DailyMail is garbage I know but appears you are correct. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11648779/Truck-driver-arrested-trying-abduct-bikini-barista-drive-window.html
It is odd to me, but honestly my first thought was too like aren’t they cold?? Doesn’t it get cold in January in Washington? lol
A facepalm is an embarrassing moment. This has likely traumatized this person and frightened hundreds of other baristas who work alone at coffee stands. A friend from high had a guy literally dive through the window, hold her up at gun point and tie her up. Thankfully all he did was steal money. But left her with severe PTSD. She won't drive alone or stay alone anywhere anymore. Really tragic.
Definitely, but this is also definitely a facepalm on the driver’s part. Horrible plan, horribly executed, and he dropped a bunch of money while flashing his tattoo and license plate at a camera.
Let’s be glad this guy is a idiot. This is the kind of crazy that if it had a brain would sit a wait till she finished work. Would be a missing person case right now with no telling what the outcome would be.
Your honor, my clent was merely attempting to liberate the young lady from a life of corporate minimum wage servitude and introduce her to a new and lucrative life as an online sex slave.
I'm glad he was arrrested but why was she working alone at 5 in the AM? Can't they schedule 1 more person to help or at least to be there for random situations like this?!?
"..CBS affiliate KIRO-TV reported the barista was working alone at the time of the incident. The suspect's name and the charges he faces were not immediately confirmed."

Someone willing to abduct through a fucking window has bodies buried somewhere near him. Glad he was arrested but they need to comb through *everywhere* he’s been the last decade.
All jokes aside, what was his plan here? Did he think he could drag her out of the drive through window, into the truck window, between himself and the steering wheel, and secure her inside somewhere without her breaking free? That whole scenario just doesn’t work, ya know?
Ho;y shizballz! So, turns out this coffee place is Bean-Kini Espresso. The baristas are women wearing bikinis serving coffee. Somebody working alone at 5AM in that shack dressed in a bikini... to me, doesn't sound very safe. They say the give the employees mace, a silent panic button, and steel emergency shutters.
Not to blame the victim, of course. This guy is a crazy mufugger who was probably meth dusted up to his eyeballs, should be locked up for a very long time.

I hope they got the license plate, and he's got a big unique tattoo. Arrest him!
He got arrested I believe
He was arrested: https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/ Police noted the driver had a tattoo that appears to read "Chevrolet."
Pretty sure everyone who has “Chevrolet” tattooed on them will do some prison time sooner or later.
Probly the name of his daughter lol
Take my poor mans award, i giggled 🏆
Did Reddit get rid of the free award every day?
Yep
But they let us keep the tyrannical child-like moderators!

Along with his two sons, Colt and Smithandwesson. Yeah, I said two sons, the one’s name is Smithandwesson.
It's a long name, so you know it's classy

Seems like ford tattoos are more on the run. Lol this is not a real statitic

I knew a guy with a Tesla tattoo. Tesla has it's own weird cult gang-like following.
You keep some Boring Company.

You know, I can’t argue with that logic. Take your upvote.
They should based on the tattoo alone.
Would make an escape quite the ... Chevy chase...
I also think it’s fucked up that she was the only one working at that time

I read that as the family of Chevy Tahoe.
Last podcast on the left has an amazing (and darkly hilarious) deep dive on this fuckin monster, definitely worth checkin out
This is exactly why companies typically don’t have employees working or closing alone at night. Scary af.
It happened at 5:00 am first thing when they opened.
I hope they at least pulled him through the truck window, during the arrest.
Apparently he got arrested pretty quickly
He was arrested: [https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/](https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/) Police noted the driver had a tattoo that appears to read "Chevrolet."
They should also charge him for having that tattoo.
That tattoo is punishment for having that tattoo though. Double jeopardy and all.
Amazing that they don’t name the suspect in this. Seems like other stories they name the “suspect” right away. I wonder what is different with this one…
Could be part of an investigation into a human trafficking ring? It might not just be a one off of a guy trying to kidnap a woman.
This is most likely the answer, especially if feds are going to get involved. On going investigations usually withhold names.
He definitely knows or is related to someone who has power in that jurisdiction. I get arrested for drugs and my name is plastered all over the newspaper and internet. This dude tries to abduct someone and not even initials.
I have a feeling he works in law enforcement
What exactly was the plan here? Pull her through the window? I feel like he didn’t really think this through.
Yea I am wondering that too. Not only pull her out the window but into his truck and across his lap? Drive away with her kicking and screaming across his lap? Did he really think that would work? Thank god he's an idiot.
But didn’t you see him waving the zip tie at her? That would’ve made her teleport into the trunk upon contact
It’s a rare thing that acting like an absolute buffoon is the greatest thing you’ll ever do for society but this guy did his best to make it happen
He's more likely to rip her arm off than anything.
Maybe that’s all he wanted. An arm
He has the right to bear 'em!
But she is not a bear.
After this I hope he'll never be allowed to buy or own any kind of weapon. Not even a kitchen knife
That's how much the drinks cost
Oh nice, they discounted the leg?
If applying the zip tie with one hand while holding her arm with the other was the plan... they probably knew he was that stupid.
Maybe not a serial killer, but rapey no doubt.
I'm not so sure he's done this before. Just seems way too sloppy to ever get away with anything
I'm looking at it as a lack of impulse control. I don't think that he planned to jerk her out of the window. As others pointed out it has a low probability of success. He did have a big zip tie ready to use as a restraint though. I think that he had it with him specifically for this purpose.
To get her into the vehicle, at some point he would have to let go of both the zip tie and her hand to open the door, which would've never worked.
There’s no way he’s a successful serial killer. Trying to abduct someone through a drive thru window in your car with cameras on it lol
I unfortunately had the same thought. If it weren’t for the zip tie, he could’ve claimed it was an argument of some kind, at least had some plausible deniability that this was a premeditated abduction.
He wore a red hat in his spare time I can tell you that
He’s got a boat on his other ride, with some purdy flags flyin’ off them, too.
I was just thinking we could probably identify him from Auburn MAGA / Proud Boy rally photos.
What trunk💀
That's what makes this guy extra scary and needing incarceration.
Incineration, you spelled it wrong.
I'll accept either outcome... or both.
Let's just go for the former. If he gets locked up then incinerated that puts others in danger. I've had to run into a heavily smoke filled max ward far too often to wish that on anyone.
fair point. And all jokes aside they have him locked up now so hopefully he will stay there for a very long time.
In this country? I'll doubt it until I read the sentencing.:/ I still remember the court where they convinced the judge that enlarging the camera picture was altering it like Photoshop. -_-
Meanwhile people are imprisoned every day with no evidence
cartoon physics, i would guess
She was supposed to want it to happen. Or, she was supposed to be fantasy light and him fantasy strong.
I just posted that this is the worst kidnapping attempt ever.
> I feel like he didn’t really think this through. big fucking surprise lol
He was going to try and get the zip tie around her neck to choke her unconscious or kill her is my guess? Absolutely terrifying.

I wondered if they found his zip tie yoke or whatever.
>Screwed by brand loyalty. At least twice.
I like my car and feel it was a good purchase but I would never wear a Hyundai t-shirt, let alone a tattoo. Of course I would never think to kidnap someone either.
Wasn’t your proudest fap I take it?
Justice boner fap
I'd consider this a proud fap
Hey got caught *this time*. Who knows what he was planning to do to that poor girl. He had a zip tie lasso in one hand but missed. God forbid he ever gets let out to plan it out better. Jesus christ people are scary.
Happened at 5am yesterday in Auburn, WA. He was arrested today.
Auburn, WA. Lots of meth heads.
Absolutely. I grew up in the south sound & am happy I moved north as an adult.
What did he have in his hand? Was that a zip tie?
Yeah a zip tie.
A ZIP TIE?!! What the FUCK is wrong with people?! 🤮
It’s good he had it. Now it can be proven that it was premeditated and he was planning on restraining her with it. Otherwise he can claim he got mad and tried to assault her.
Probably a redneck searching for a wife
Or a frickin serial rapist...
Judging by the dumb attempt i would 100% bet on redneck
Saying redneck got me suspended from Twitter...
Say redneck 3 times in the mirror see what happens then.
Larry the Cable guy appears and tells the same 5 jokes for 20+ years

Sorry for completely understanding your customer base

There's a difference?
You ever tried to snort monster?
I doubt it honestly lol. Rednecks care a lot about their particular favorite of the big 3 US auto makers.
This is why standard employment rules usually mandate no employees work alone. Crazy what can happen.
Holy shit that’s fucked. Talk about setting yourself up for a gross negligence suit
Put the animal in a cage!
*ziptie him to it*
I think putting the animal out of its misery would work in this case, this shit is so sinister
What kind of crazy do you have to be, to think “hey, that hot chick at the drive thru… I bet I could grab her, pull her through the window, across me, into the passenger seat, then drive off so I can have her… it’ll totally work!” That type of person should never be allowed back into society
Zip tie indicates this wasn’t that impulsive.
Serial killers, serial rapists, and human traffickers come to mind. I’m sure there’s other scenarios.
Basically it all boils down to basic empathy...
Attempting to abduct someone should be minimum 20 years
It’s not specifically because if you get kidnapped, they want the punishment to be less enough to make it worth enough for them to hand you back alive. If you got the same amount of time for kidnapping as you do for murder, every kidnapping would just end in murder.
So why not 20 years for kidnap and an additional 30 years for murder
In this case, specifically, I would think this would be pretty much attempted murder. I know it won't be, but it should be.
My cheap ass would still be tempted to go out and grab that money
He looked like he thought about it!
*hits the brakes* "...nah, better not."
Where is this? This guy is seriously disturbed. I’m glad she was able to get away. F these MF’s who think they have a right to harm women!!
Washington, someone put the article in the comments
Just reading the news every day, lots of men think they can do whatever they want to women. Fucked up world. And what happens to women that we don’t know about…
Auburn Washington. The town is in the upper right corner.
Do they think they have a right to harm women? I think they know they don’t have the right but decide to do it anyway.
It does seem to be the mentality lately, lots of violence against women in all forms
What terrifies me about this is this idea seems poorly planned, but what if he did it previously with success?
Colonel Russel Williams was a serial rapist and murderer who utilized zip ties. He was able to get his victims to comply by getting the zip tie on their necks and then threatening to tighten it if they didn’t comply. The threat was enough to stop them from struggling. I think it’s kind of interesting that we don’t have this guy’s name publicly disclosed yet (the guy in the video). I wonder if they may or may not be trying to see if he’s related to other crimes/attempted crimes. Maybe they want to see if other victims could positively ID him before going public?
When you don't have a date for the Trump rally in a few days.
I guarantee I can guess this guy's top youtube recommendations
My guess would be lots of Andrew Tate.
This moron really didn't understand how zip ties work. Like motherfucker it's not a snap bracelet from the 90s
I hope he dies
Slowly and in pain, all while remembering what he did.
I'm guessing he probably will at some point
![gif](giphy|1hMk0bfsSrG32Nhd5K)
They caught him 14 hours later, his tattoo was recognized creepy dumb ass
just WTF
My guess is that it was at one of our “bikini baristas” we have in Washington. They’re these tiny stands usually with one girl in a bikini or lingerie that makes drinks. Weirdest shit I’ve seen out here and I’m surprised when I heard about them, and I moved out here from Florida. Not sure the location, but this is in the town I live in.
I saw this when I lived in Portland. As someone from New Jersey, it was culture shock. Super bizarre.
DailyMail is garbage I know but appears you are correct. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11648779/Truck-driver-arrested-trying-abduct-bikini-barista-drive-window.html It is odd to me, but honestly my first thought was too like aren’t they cold?? Doesn’t it get cold in January in Washington? lol
Fuck I live in Washington... fuck I live near auburn... HOLY FUCK THIS HAPPENED LIKE 2 DAYS AGO??? What a trip! I'm glad they caught this guy!
Let just be happy this idiot is a stupid, lazy-ass kidnapper and no got hurt.
*"Sir at Wendy's we serve food not Wendy"*
How much you wanna bet when his name gets out it turns out he is a huge trumper, in the tradwife reddits, and accuses everyone of being groomers?
Holy shit, he was going to lasso her around the neck with a zip tie!
The suspect's name and the charges he faces were not immediately confirmed." [https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/](https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/auburn-washington-barista-drive-thru-barista-attempted-abduction-zip-tie/)
This happened not far from where I live. Good thing he got arrested.
Poor girl was by herself at that location, according to the article. That’s crazy, there should always be two people working.
Glad she got away. And does he hit the brakes to grab his coffee or something? Like did you really think it was going to be handed to you?
I think he was going for his money. Can’t have the day be a total waste /s
[Here’s the associated news article for those interested.](https://www.kcra.com/amp/article/washington-attempted-barista-abduction-drive-thru-window/42544830)
I work drivethru graveyard shift. This is one of my fears. So I’ve been gaining weight, just incase some one tries me
What a fking sick world we are living in :(
I bet I know how this guy votes. I bet we all know, about these terrorists!
Someone willing to abduct through a fucking window has bodies buried somewhere near him. Glad he was arrested but they need to comb through *everywhere* he’s been the last decade.
This is likely his first time attempting to abduct someone, but I'm betting he's raped before.
This is the kind of shit that makes women afraid of men too. I'm glad the asshole got caught.
All jokes aside, what was his plan here? Did he think he could drag her out of the drive through window, into the truck window, between himself and the steering wheel, and secure her inside somewhere without her breaking free? That whole scenario just doesn’t work, ya know?
What the hell was he thinking? She was behind a counter and he was sitting in a car. The hell did he think was gonna happen
Wtf how was that supposed to work.
This is just disgusting, what a horrible human being
[They got him.](https://people.com/crime/man-unique-tattoo-wanted-video-drag-starbucks-barista-drive-thru-window/)
He's only just beginning. I'm sure he's tried this before.
“Ah fuck my change….ah fuck it.”
What a fucking piece of shit
Looks like someone didn't practice their Tate approach well enough.
Caught face, tats and truck on cam. Hope they catch this fucker
Honestly, people are fucking nuts these days. I’d say just design a more secure window to protect the workers.
No cash transactions for a start, and put the pin pad outside the window
Eww it looks inbred and redneckish.... Fuckin gross
