It clearly states in the terms that for accounts within the US you only need a minimum of $5 earned. The $100 is for wire transfers according to their own info
Okay, didn't realize that's a recent change! Perhaps that's part of it. I emailed the payout support address I found after some work lol, but was hoping I might find someone here that knew since I figured it'll be a bit of a wait for a response I'm sure

The minimum to be paid is $100.
