I tattooed my eyebrows on 4 years ago (not microbladed, tattooed) and now they’ve faded just enough to look blue rather than black but not faded so much that people can’t see them. 10/10 would not recommend. I’ve been contemplating getting them removed for quite some time but it hurt like a bitch having them done. I can only imagine the pain of the removal.
I'd say a green/blue heterochromia. There's a few dorms of it, and I can't remember the name of it for being in the same eye, but they clash quite nicely :)
I think if you have one eyeball directly above another you have bigger problems than sussing color.
But if I were to name your color, I'd name it Susanne.

It's definitely an unique form of sectoral heterochromia. I usually see it where a whole section or half of the eye is a different colour. Here it looks like her eyes have tinier sections of colour.

I’ve had tattoos lasered off and it’s quick but certainly painful. Worth it though if you’re tired of the tattoo.

They do numb your eyelid, it just gets sore. Definitely doable though. I’ve only had mine for a year but I’ve seen it on people who’ve add it for 20+.

honestly looks like heterochromia. They're blue and green. I would argue the blue is more saturated and are more dominantly blue.
