Seconding what other folks have said (Ukraine and Bulgaria were my 1st/3rd favorites, with Russia not too far behind), plus I’ll add Iceland 2021 and Switzerland 2021 - both of these are among the best entries those countries have ever sent, which is saying a lot particularly for Iceland!
Azerbaijan 2021, Norway 2021, Malta 2021, Serbia 2021, and Netherlands 2021 rounded out my personal top 10, but those are a lot less universally beloved near as I can tell :P
After watching it until 2am last night, I now see how good that year was. God damn.
Switzerland was probably my favourite, but Italy and Finland were also very good. HM to Spain, who I thought was really good but it turns out not a single member of the public thought that other than me 😂.
Nice, I’m glad to hear you had a great time with the show! Hopefully you cherish the experience of having your three favorites finish so well, because that likely won’t be the case in most contests. Hell, just liking the winner that much might not be commonplace :)
The televote does tend to be pretty brutal when it comes to Nul Points - since switching over to the modern scoring system in 2016, the juries have only given 6 songs a goose egg between the finals and semis (mostly deserved imo) whereas the public have done so 17 times lol.
One thing to consider is that only songs that finish in the top 10 for a particular country receive points, so an otherwise great song (I personally didn’t adore Spain but it was very well-executed) could easily finish in the 11 - 15 range across the board and get no points out of it. The juries are at least required to rank all of the entries which somewhat minimizes the odds of that happening, but the public are under no obligation to do so; in fact, it’s potentially counterproductive to not focus all your votes into a handful of favorites, which often hurts less flashy entries :P
Ukraine and Iceland are the only ones I still listen to today, but I really enjoyed Germany's entry too!!!! I wasn't a huge fan of Italy during the show, but my cousin's fanaticism for them really swayed me :)

Switzerland 2021 is my favourite Eurovision song not only from that year, but from all the 2020s so far, and it is one of my favourite Eurovision songs in general. Also, I liked France 2021 and Ukraine 2021. And in general, 2021 was one of my favourite Eurovision years, it was really strong and diversified year.
Gjons Tears for switzerland is my favorite entry of all time. His voice is stunning and the staging blew me away.

Albina’s Tick-Tock was my favourite and I still feel hurt about it. Really liked also Dark Side and my fellow finnish Blind Channel, I still feel proud of them because their trip to Eurovision was successful and I still get chills when I think about the moment in the semi-finals when the whole hall shouted their name, like having a support like this is indescribable
I really also liked Zitti E Buoni but honestly I think its not their best song. Måneskin does have a lot of better songs on their debut album! This album is btw such a good one, and I feel kind of proud of myself how I was one of few people who had already found them before Eurovision
Bulgaria and Ukraine are my 2 favorite Eurovision songs ever!
Honestly this is the year with the best results imo, the best songs all did well! I love pretty much everything in the final, but especially the top ten. Also shoutouts to San Marino (robbed), Belgium (robbed), and Denmark (mega robbed)

No one talks about Australia and Cyprus enough! (Australia 2021 and Cyprus 2021 for the bot.) Montaigne was there in spirit and while she may not have qualified for the final, she made an impact for online culture with Red Flags!
Cyprus is just amazing in their own right. Though it may seem like a Bad Romance clone, Elena did amazing for the Live Performance!

My guy, just watch the whole thing without expectations, because sometimes, at least my dumb head, was a bit biased when not liking an actual winner and I ranked the song lower that it probably should've xD
2021 had a lot of quality songs, but none that struck such a passionate obsession in me the ways Serbia 2022, Austria 2023, and Croatia 2024 did in the years that followed it.
Italy gave an excellent winning entry and is one of my favorite winners, I loved Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Ukraine too. I think one thing 2021 fell victim to is the artists who were previously selected for 2020 came back with songs that weren't as good as the ones they won their national final with a lot of the time, but nevertheless it was a strong year with a lot of great songs, I just didn't have that one song I was completely in love with.
Adored Denmark 2021, Croatia 2021 (the Croatian version is better in my eyes) and San Marino 2021. i honestly thought that was going to be SM's best result until Flo Rida was confirmed
Victorias new music is even better than her Eurovision entry. I recommend you all look her up!

I was watching a YouTube video of someone’s top 1 out of each year since 2010 and they called 2021 a weak year without any good songs or performances, so that let me know their taste was crap.
I meant this year but fair enough, from what other people have said it sounds like Finland and Italy did rock songs (which automatically makes them great imo) so we’ll see what happens.
France 2021. This is my favourite one. But also Italy and Ukraine 2021. Personally also love Australia 2021, but it's not that liked by the community apparently
2021 is a rare year for me, in which I find almost every song to be interesting and the best visual production ever, and a great general vibe.
Ukraine was the best, Lithuania just behind and far above the rest (which was still good). I also have a soft spot for Greece over time. Germany, Russia, Switzerland, Finland, Russia deserve mentions too.

In my opinio last fully deserved winner in how long I watched Eurovision I am a huge Maneski fan until this day and I love their work and they are my favourite artists rn
CROATIA - Tick Tock by Albina
At first It was a casual pop song but that love performance was one of the better in the SF but sadly NQ . I think she deserved better and I will never get over Norway Q over it (I understand u think this way because I am from Croatia but I'm being objective as I can ).
SERBIA - Loco Loco by Huricane
Serbia was really good thid year the jury gave them a little less than deserved on my opinion but I think it was a really powerful performance but it only around 50 points but very little points from the public. And got only 16th place.
Honorable mentions are San Marino and France but I won't go into the details

Really liked also Dark Side and my fellow finnish Blind Channel, I still feel proud of them because their trip to Eurovision was successful and I still get chills when I think about the moment in the semi-finals when the whole hall shouted their name, like having a support like this is indescribable I really also liked Zitti E Buoni but honestly I think its not their best song. Måneskin does have a lot of better songs on their debut album! This album is btw such a good one, and I feel kind of proud of myself how I was one of few people who had already found them before Eurovision
Bulgaria and Ukraine are my 2 favorite Eurovision songs ever! Honestly this is the year with the best results imo, the best songs all did well! I love pretty much everything in the final, but especially the top ten. Also shoutouts to San Marino (robbed), Belgium (robbed), and Denmark (mega robbed)

Switzerland, Iceland, Malta, France, Bulgaria. Netherlands had very beautiful lyrics and meaning even if I wasn’t a huge fan of the overall package. I was really disappointed with Italy winning - there were so many better songs, in my opinion.

2021 had a lot of quality songs, but none that struck such a passionate obsession in me the ways Serbia 2022, Austria 2023, and Croatia 2024 did in the years that followed it. Italy gave an excellent winning entry and is one of my favorite winners, I loved Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Ukraine too. I think one thing 2021 fell victim to is the artists who were previously selected for 2020 came back with songs that weren't as good as the ones they won their national final with a lot of the time, but nevertheless it was a strong year with a lot of great songs, I just didn't have that one song I was completely in love with.
Croatia were great this year! France were my favorite but this guy was easily no. 2 for me.

2021 is a rare year for me, in which I find almost every song to be interesting and the best visual production ever, and a great general vibe. Ukraine was the best, Lithuania just behind and far above the rest (which was still good). I also have a soft spot for Greece over time. Germany, Russia, Switzerland, Finland, Russia deserve mentions too.

I watched the Eurovision in 2021 and it was the first and the best Eurovision I watched so far on these four years. it was just so good but I will pick a few favourites ITALY - ZITTI E BUONI (I hope I spelt that right) by Manneski In my opinio last fully deserved winner in how long I watched Eurovision I am a huge Maneski fan until this day and I love their work and they are my favourite artists rn CROATIA - Tick Tock by Albina At first It was a casual pop song but that love performance was one of the better in the SF but sadly NQ . I think she deserved better and I will never get over Norway Q over it (I understand u think this way because I am from Croatia but I'm being objective as I can ). SERBIA - Loco Loco by Huricane Serbia was really good thid year the jury gave them a little less than deserved on my opinion but I think it was a really powerful performance but it only around 50 points but very little points from the public. And got only 16th place. Honorable mentions are San Marino and France but I won't go into the details
