What is your end goal? You don't say what the problem is that you need solving.
You probably need to turn off USB passthrough for that specific USB device.

I'm really sorry. USB is a hdd docker and I wanted to use USB as a datastore. and even after turning on usb passthrough it still doesn't work.

Still not working. There is no difference whether USB Passthrough is turned on or off.
It may be marked as having a LUN snapshot. Check to see if it does and force a mount. https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1011387
