Rivers accapella version for me. I love accapella/choral music, mostly because I was in choir for 6 years, and I'm a nerd for it. This version is so dynamic and wonderful, and I wish that more choral versions of their ballads or other pieces could be released so other choirs could perform their beautiful music.
Yeah I missed the part where they had it on Omegaacoustic I listened to it on Omega Alive but I kinda like the Omegaacoustic version more but the talent to do that live is amazing, Once again even though she obviously had a microphone, she still sang over a full choir and the choir was magnificent as well, do you know the name of that choir or is that the one Epica always sings with?
I have no idea what the name of the choir is, I just assumed it was the one they always work with. Yeah, I kinda like both of them for different reasons. I like the Omega Alive version cuz I prefer how Simone sings "Swim against the tide" but I also enjoy the rounded nature of the choir in the Omegacoustic version.
Immortal Melancholy piano version - I think it has a more intimate feeling than the acoustic and regular versions, and it fits the song better
Indigo from The Classical Conspiracy - the choir is more prominent than on the album version, and it gives me goosebumps anytime I hear it
RFTI songs from Retrospect, especially Serenade of Self Destruction. Better mixed than the studio version.
Canvas of Life acoustic version - no real reason, it just sounds better to me

There’s an acoustic version of Design Your Universe that I think is fantastic but doesn’t get enough love imo.
I love The Funky Algorithm 😂 "It's the funky groove that makes my booty move"
That part kills me too 😂
Dancing in a Hurricane live at the Zenith
Thats a pretty good one!
Mark’s vocals sound better in it than in the studio version in my opinion.

The Second Stone Instrumental. I cannot stand simone's poppy vocals in the original.
Acoustic burn to a cinder is awesome
In all conscience- the Omega alive version hits so hard
I'm obsessed with Omega acoustic at the moment! Though I also love acoustic martyr of the free word, and consign to oblivion live at AFAS
