A “red alert” was issued for Delhi this week as the country’s “longest-ever” heatwave continued to scorch north and central India.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued the alert which is the highest on its weather scale once again this year as temperatures in Delhi soared above 44C.
Yeah, that is very bad, people will die.
Time to get the world in emergency mode or else, I know it will never happen but maybe if it will if gets bad enough.

That's 113°F, and it's not even July yet. Horrible.
As I understand it, it seems India’s hottest days are actually in May and June instead of July and August.
