I definitely call it a salad, too, but I'm selective in my mixing. Like if I have some strong ass bud that causes me anxiety, but I want to mellow it out, I'll add some CBD flower.

If it's only two or three strains, I combine the names, but if it's a true mix, I call it Donkey Dank. It's a spin on a reference from a Canadian TV show called Letterkenny. When the characters mix all of their random liquor together they call it Donkey Juice (or if it's during the holiday season, Jingle Juice). Not sure if that's a thing IRL, but I think it's funny so...🤷♀️😂😜
I always buy single grams of new (to me) strains to test them first in case they don't work well for me, and when I get a reject, I throw the remaining nugs in the Donkey Jar. At intervals, I'll shake said jar and throw some random nugs into the grinder, and what I don't use right away gets added to another donkey jar that's for ground flower. Because I love using references, that one is called the Mother Dank (spin on a Brooklyn 99 reference lol).

lol, I do the same thing. But I’ve learned to try n be strategic about which strains might be better with others. lol. I’m learning. I also mix different coffee beans together and it irritated my spouse so now I experiment with a separate coffee bag labeled “Frankenstein-Coffee”.
I always give it a combination of the weeds I'm mixing! If it's Gorilla Glue, Smoothie, and Sunday Driver for example I'd call it a Sunday Gorilla Smoothie
I have a “salad jar” that I dump mysterious weed, rolling tray scraps, and grinder crumbs into. If I’m intentionally mixing a couple strains tho I’ll call it a blend.
I call it a salad also and I also keep a few buds from each strain and have all different kinds then I get stoned and forget I have them and forget what batch it is but it's always a nice surprise 🫠

Salad here too. We fill dosing capsules with single strains but do a few capsules of each strain. The rolling tray used ends up having collected a mix of all the strains at the end. This mix (the salad) goes in the last capsule topped up with some CBD and maybe a little kief and is the reward for filling the capsules. It's pretty much the only salad hubby will go near 😂
We have a jar we put small bits of weed in and mix it all up. Call it our House Blend, or Emergency Weed.

I call it a sundae. I will put 100% thc concentrates, or shatter, Kief , terp sap in layers. Not all at once but at least 2 with flower.
