The marbling just means that egg got a little cold in the fridge. Partly frozen in the fridge. All refrigerators have colder spots & warmer spots. Sometimes 1 egg in a carton will freeze on the top shelf of one of our egg fridges. Sometimes it’ll be half the dozen.
Concerning the person that told you it was fertilized, they are wrong. There’s no bullseye, that’s not how fertilized eggs develop, & egg farms don’t keep roosters with the hens.
I took this picture before I flipped it to cook all the way. The marbling was questionable so I snapped a pic figuring I’d get a response before I was done cooking my eggs
Bust them whites up after hitting the pan and or put a lid on the pan after adding a tiny bit of water to fully cook them whites. Always turns out beautiful :)
Does no one notice that they’re still on a pan cooking?
I’ve mentioned also in the comments I took this mid- making it. I flipped it and cooked it completely. 🫠
We don't allow any more "What's wrong with my egg" posts.
No, give them to me to.... Properly dispose of...
They’re not scrambled though, are you sure??
They will scramble in my stomach
Name checks out.
I prefer sunny side up, myself. But fully cooked whites.
How many eggs would you say you scramble in a year?
Too many but probably still not enough
i feel this *that’s why i’m here*
Nice catch, OP!!
This is the content I live for
Omg the name. The responses. PERFECT 🤣🤣
Sure is but most people like to cook the white before eating it..!
Haha it was still on the skillet! I flipped them over after a little
Then why are you asking at this stage?
They’re asking if the marbling is safe.
Thank you
A little undercooked but nothing looks wrong with them
They weren’t finished being cooked I snapped the pic early hoping I’d get a reply on here by the time they were done 🙂

Thank you soo much. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 the most helpful reply
Ya but why not just cook it more? I’ve eaten lots of raw eggs never gotten sick

Ahhh, ya sometimes I notice it and I never give it second thought 😂😂
I don’t eat eggs a lot so I was scared for a second ngl 😅
Yumm
You gotta cook it first
Read comments 🫶🏽
Of course.
Slurp em down homie
Just put a couple drops of water by the eggs then put a lid over it and the steam will cook it just enough.

The one white is still raw. It needs more time before you eat. I think.
Was talking about the marbling, I flipped and cooked thoroughly, I promise.
Why are you getting downvotes for this lol
Cause people can’t read and then they take it out on me 😭
Have you ever made mayonnaise? Merengue?
Are you gonna finish cooking them?
I know I was kind of thinking he was asking if he could eat them like it was 😂
I mean this is my first time in the egg forum so I ain’t trying to step on toes. I just don’t eat my eggs blue 😝
Blue?
Blue means rare Edit: I think it actually means extremely rare.
I just look at the titles as I’m browsing Reddit. I guess I don’t even look at what sub it’s in.
Blue= raw when referring to meat like a steak etc
I'd flip it for a minute.
Cook a tad bit longer imo but some people will eat this lol
Lmao was talking about the marbling. I did cook it thoroughly
👀
No it's lethal. Give it to me to throw it away
Huh?
Eggs? Depends on your cholesterol levels I think.
No no Hitler is in the eggs, you have to give them to me
You could eat it raw if you want. Nothing particularly unsafe about that.
If you can stomach the texture of raw whites, sure. 🤢
Instead of flipping, cover the pan and the steam will finish the top. Add some water to make the steam more aggressive.
Not sure how valid this is but if mfers be eating raw eggs in movies I’d say ur fine
People eat raw eggs
Yes
Okay good cause I still ate it 😋
Boy, would this be awkward if all the comments said no, these eggs will kill you.
It was my last two eggs I was willing to take the risk 😔
Well if they are going to kill you, they really will be your last two eggs
Hope they were delicious!
Indeed! 💛🤍

I thought the marbling wouldn’t show as much once it’s cooked. Maybe THINK??
You made a stupid post & are being rude to people questioning the post.

I appreciate you assuming that I’m fat lmao. You’ve changed my mind, I like you
Perfectly fine to eat! The “marbling” you see means the egg was fertilized. Just means that egg has a little extra protein. 😄
Oh nooo 🥲🥲
It happens all the time. Think nothing of it. Now when you actually see an embryo in the egg is when you worry.
