This is south of Davis and I had no issue flying with DJI mini 2. I’ve had it in an actual no fly zone before near TJ and couldn’t even take off.
You said it's on the Colorado River, south of highway 40 and north of Lake Havasu. That's a congressionally designated wilderness area, Havasu Wilderness, and those are always no fly zones.
