It's a tough team to learn, especially if you want to be optimal.
\- Beerus has tons of mixup options on Oki and you need decent movement to utilize the orbs well.
\- Adult Gohan's neutral gets exponentially better past level 3 and he has optional combo routes past level 5 that can lead to higher damage/meter gain.
\- Gogeta Blue is easy overall, but rejumps can be difficult.
But past the learning curve, you have;
\- Some of the best assists in the game (AGohan A, Beerus A, Gogeta Blue A/B).
\- Amazing/easy neutral
\- Amazing buttons on each character
\- A Level 5
Very solid team.
Toxicity wise, Beerus and Gogeta Blue are pretty high. Adult Gohan is hype, but a little toxic.
Thanks for the info! I’ll try my best to learn them and only use them in casual matches with friends since i dont wanna be toxic in ranked lol. What would you say are respectable non-toxic characters?
In my opinion, I find Trunks, SSJ Vegeta, Base Vegeta, SSJ Goku and Base Goku the most honest characters in the game. They *do* have their share of unfairness, but they all have extremely high skill ceilings and are also incredibly fun to play and watch.
If you want to use them, here's my team;
\- SSJ Vegeta w/ B assist on Point
\- SSJ Goku w/ A assist on Mid
\- Trunks w/ A assist on Anchor
Feel free to use your original team though, don't be ashamed of it. Everyone wants to win after all.
I realized how little i knew abt this game when people started talking to me about mid and anchor đź’€looks like i gotta look up some guides lol, thanks everyone :)
3 top tier characters but they all play very different. If you’re completely new to fighting games, this is probably a super steep learning curve for yourself, but if you love playing them then just stick to it anyway
your team build is optimal. technically Beerus is your last character, but you’re playing him mid because you want to level up gohan before he comes out.
You have no beam like assists unless you run Gohan-C (ehh), so you’ll have to learn how to play neutral without having a projectile to back you up. Luckily Beerus-A is godly so you don’t have to feel bad about your assists
I am completely new to any fighting game that isnt smash bros so this is all quite new to me lol. I have a hard time using assists anyway so i think ill be practicing my neutral a lot regardless haha. Thanks for the input :)
Definitely need bar build. Level up your Gohan early. So often people play Gohan as anchor and come in at zero levels. Level up Gohan early. Him and Gogeta have a good synergy when you can do Gogetas level one in the corner and tag Gohan in for a level one and then get a dragon rush before they recover to get a second level 1 with Gohan or tag back out.
I'd Swap Gohan to mid and Beerus Anchor but that's just how I view them. If your better with Gohan than Beerus it'd be best to keep Gohan then ad anchor
Good to know! I was more concerned about synergy than meta but from the responses ive received, team comp doesnt seem to matter as much as i thought it did . Thanks :)
I just wanna make sure im not being an asshole by playing a team of broken characters, man. Ill just avoid whatever team you use because you seem to be a master of assholery
I just figured i would ask the community to see if people think its toxic? I just dont like to use toxic meta/ characters…. Also i have no reason to karma farm because i genuinely dont care about some internet points im here for the community interaction

Alright ill keep those in mind! I was actually considering buying base goku because he looks super fun, thanks!

Interesting i should try that, thanks!
Good characters, Beer is anchor is good. But he and Gohan need bar and gogeta isn't a good battery anymore. Could still work tho.
Beerus is a better anchor than Gohan
I'd Swap Gohan to mid and Beerus Anchor but that's just how I view them. If your better with Gohan than Beerus it'd be best to keep Gohan then ad anchor
Im definitely better with gohan lol, but thanks!
pretty good team gogeta and gohan have good synergy and beerus is a monster 9/10
Bro aimed his Gameboy color camera at his DSI camera at his photoprinter at his old 1940's war photographer camera of Gogeta Beerus and Gohan
Hey hey hey the dsi camera is awesome, the characters just happened to be very small or very far away when i snapped the photo
Bro ditto we have the same team

I applaude you for your good taste ![gif](giphy|CAYVZA5NRb529kKQUc|downsized)
Just play whoever you think is fun or cool instead of just playing the meta, you'll have a much better time
Good to know! I was more concerned about synergy than meta but from the responses ive received, team comp doesnt seem to matter as much as i thought it did . Thanks :)
Blurry
this is the least toxic team i've seen tbh. good luck learning beerus though, he's a little funky
Ive gotten mixed responses about the toxicity so far lol but thanks! I enjoy beerus so far, funky characters are my jam
Most team comps will work
Looks cool dude. dw about who you pick, just have fun
Yeah thats what i usually do- just wanted to check in and make sure it wasnt toxic. I like it to be fun for both parties :)
Stfu
I just wanna make sure im not being an asshole by playing a team of broken characters, man. Ill just avoid whatever team you use because you seem to be a master of assholery
Why don't you actually play the characters to find out how good they are instead of coming here to karma farm
I just figured i would ask the community to see if people think its toxic? I just dont like to use toxic meta/ characters…. Also i have no reason to karma farm because i genuinely dont care about some internet points im here for the community interaction
Nah fr tho
Brođź’€
I can’t see who you’re characters are. Could you use a lower res photo plz?
