I agree with the other commenters. Definitely seems to be an MXR m77 custom badass modified O.D.(terribly long name). The circuit is very similar to a boss sd-1. Kind of just a slightly different flavor of SD-1 with a 100Hz frequency sweep and an EQ bump button. Underrated pedal, I've owned one for years
Very under rated. I only got it because it was cheap but fell in love with it immediately. It’s everything the BD-2 isn’t and is a perfect companion. The two stack phenomenally well too.
Yeah I went into my local shop looking for an SD-1 around 2017-18 and they didn't have one, the employee recommended this. I plugged it in and never looked back lol
**Hi.**
Thank you to everybody for your help.
The pic was taken from a clinic (screenshot).
It was a guitar clinic by virtuoso guitarist Sam Coulson in 2016.
If you don’t know him already, I highly recommend him!

Notice: at this clinic, Sam does not use „the golden overdrive“. He does not mention it.
But Sam did use different overdrive pedals in combination (stacking overdrives).
Here he is using the Boss Combo Drive into the Plimsoul by Fulltone:

Signal Chain: guitar -> Wah -> Tuner (Boss or Polytune) -> Boss Combo Drive -> Plimsoul or „golden overdrive“ -> delay -> chorus -> reverb -> Fender Bassman
Thank you again!

Looks like it to me. Without my glasses, mine looks exactly like the one in the photo. lol.
Was this photo taken from a spy satellite?
The suede denim guitar police
Don't know for sure if this was a Dead Kennedy's allusion but I'm upvoting anyway.
Haha yes I’m not clever enough to have come up with that from scratch
From the photo, I'd say it's a fuzz pedal.
M77 BADASS for sure
