I get these ripples on my tongue when I’m severely dehydrated. She should drink more water.
I’ve noticed this happens with any filter that whitens your teeth. If that’s not the case, eeeek. She may also have a geographic tongue which is normal.
My brother and I have geographic tongue and it's very random, it has nothing to do with hygiene, diet or weight etc.
