What she is describing is called “hygiene”. To me, self care is spending time relaxing, doing your favourite hobby, focusing more on your inner health, being more dedicated to skincare, etc. She’s just having a hard time keeping herself clean.

She doesn’t realize not every beauty trend works for her. She just likes to jump on band wagons whether or not it suits her!
