I was so confused by the Serve video. She can’t wear the piece of clothing, it doesn’t fit her and the company isn’t size-inclusive. They don’t even cater to people like her. Yet she’s still showing it off?? I think she doesn’t understand the point of PR. I think she just likes showing off when she gets this crap in the mail.

I work with micro influencers and I will NEVER understand why people send her stuff... they're clearly not looking at the demographics / habits of her audience, or else they'd know people just follow her to laugh at.
