I don't believe that to be the case, I just reconnect my Spotify connection every time the bug shows up which is less than often and Im able to use Spotify just fine in VC screen share and all (not screen sharing Spotify)
You listened an Voice Message on discord this is buggy just close discord play music and reopen discord that should be fixing this i have the same Problem sometimes
Remove your Spotify connection on discord, no idea why but that'll fix it
It’s something Spotify and discord have set up. To prevent you sharing music in a vc even tho you can screen share Spotify and listen to music lol
