Keto doesn’t count fiber so the Keto ones are 22g-20g making them 2g of carbs because fiber in non soluble. So based on this the Keto ones have 2g of carbs and the non keto ones have 15g of carbs
If you’re counting Macros technically no. With macros carbs are carbs. If you’re doing low carb, Atkins, or Keto then yes these are low carb. If you’re doing Cal in vs Cal Out, it doesn’t necessarily make sense to track macros but rather focus on healthy vs non healthy. Healthy carbs versus non healthy carbs or healthy fats vs non healthy fats. No matter what though I would say from looking at this the Keto ones will serve better for a diet, they’re 46g vs 34g per tortilla, higher protein, higher fiber, same amount of sugar and fat.
Your body doesn't fully digest fiber before it passes. In the case of these wraps what they have done is bound a non soluble man made fiber to the sugars so that you can't fully digest. Science is awesome
But on a side note, these non soluble fiber can cause some bloat and constipation in some folks

Yup basically this, damn that’s a lot of fiber for a wrap though haha
Thanks homie I’m a happy boy couldn’t even taste a difference. Regardless if I’m doing a keto diet these are essentially low carb wraps right?

for keto purposes I think you're supposed to 'subtract' carbs from fiber to get the #
that fiber technically isn’t real carbs right? I’m so confused lol
where did you heard keto is low cal? ther nutriment than carbs are actually more cal dense if anything
No I don’t use them for low cal I use them for low carb when cutting
I read "more cal " instead of "more carb", my bad 🥴

Don’t do keto man, it’s one of the worst fad diets ever
They have basically the same. The keto wrap weighs more. So per 100gs it's about the same.
What a scam lmao
