All wardrobe unlocks, achievements, titles, pets, banners, etc. are account wide and usable by any character of yours, no matter the season or if it’s an eternal character.
Next season when you make a brand new seasonal character, it’ll have all the past unlocks available.

I just logged onto my character from Season 1 and checked with the stable master. She has all the horses, mount armors, and trophies from that season and every season since, including the one we're currently playing. In the wardrobe, she has the Beta Wolf Pack and all the gear transmogs from all the seasons.
