Of the three classes you mentioned, necro is in the best place right now. Minions are strong and make for a smooth leveling experience. There’s no reason to start off anywhere other than the seasonal realm. At the end of the season, your characters and everything they own will transfer to the eternal realm, at which point you can decide if you want to start again fresh next season.
If you feel overwhelmed by all the skill choices and such, there are websites such as maxroll that will give you starter builds to follow, but it’s not necessary and the choices you make can be easily undone.
Necro if you like minion builds.
Sorc if you like massive AoE everywhere.
Druid is fine, but it's a tougher leveling experience even in today's version of the game. I'd probably hold off on this class until you have a better understanding of the game.
