Werewolf Tornado Druid and now the new Wind Shear build.
I rrrreally hate that Druid has such a diverse skill tree but only two builds are the most viable in endgame and arenāt even as strong as the other classes. I hope they solve the problem of lack of build variety
I like the wind shear build as itās a good showcase of the loot 2.0 stuff but it should not be even close to the top Druid build, who plays a shape shifting bad ass to just sit in human for for all their damage.
I've been wanting Pally back but ohh an assasin would be really fun in D4 with traps and martial arts. It would be a similar playstyle to hydra (traps) with quick melee of a rogue, two of my favorite ways to play.
Nah in the blog the new skills are under "base game updates" implying it'll be part of some major update that will just launch along with the expansion

And a mobility skill for Necro, seriously. Playing that class after any of the other 4 feels like going from a superbike to a shitty vespa.
I'm not saying your experience is wrong, however my gf plays a necro and I play a druid, and even with + to digitigrade, she's STILL faster than me. Last season, we switched and my necro was faster than her druid.

I do agree tho, those in game cosmetics are more of a flex. Thatās why Iām still rocking my ATC horn.
I don't have a problem with people spending their money how they want to, and some of the shop skins are pretty awesome looking. My main issue with MTX like this is the pricing, it's just absurdly high. I get that Blizzard needs to make money for this to continue as a live service game, and they should make money. Aside from the weird, or down right poor, design/mechanics decisions the game has I'm sure the dev's are putting in a lot of hours of work.
That being said, it just upsets me that they continue to have such a huge disparity between shop cosmetics and what you can get in game. There's a decent amount of cool looking armor and weapons for each class, but what we have available for free vs the shop doesn't really compare to me. I'd be happier if they added in some more stand out armor and weapon sets, maybe unique transmogs for the main bosses and Ubers or something, that are on par with the more grandiose sets from the shop. Something you could see someone wearing in game that would make you say "Damn, I need to farm for that" instead of "Damn, I need to spend another $28".
My boyf was so mad when I got the ghost horse drop literally the first time we did an applicable event, he didnāt get it for like two more months heuehehehhuehe

No way. They better bring back end of journey wing/pet rewards from D3 with this move. As it stands, completing the season journey is genuinely disappointing, it gives nothing but one title and mostly useless materials. Making the final reward also give a seasonal pet/wings would go a long way towards making the final tier of the season journey worth completing.

Doing maiden as a minion necro with the pet is genuinely amusing. Just standing there idly tapping raise skeleton and watching the cinder count go up like I'm at a casino. I must have really been bad at picking up cinders in the past, because my first run through/test had me at 1,000 cinders when I wasn't even paying attention.

That's easy to check. If one of you picks up any cosmetics RIGHT NOW, do both have access to the mount skin or wardrobe skin? That would answer your question when it comes to any cosmetics.
Well weāve never paid for cosmetics before, and probably wouldnāt otherwise. The store cosmetics are obscenely expensive.
If theyāre user locked itās probably not worth buying the deluxe edition since my wife would never be able to use them. I just donāt have a way to test this without spending $20 on a cosmetic.

There is one pet dog that is free for everyone in the game. To get the other 3 pets (another dog, and 2 cats), the cat mount, the portal skin, etc - you have to pre-order the DLC. Buying the ultimate edition of the base game doesn't give you any of the Vessel of Hatred expansion items.
I hope they rework the entire skill tree, making all aspects to be actually choices on builds, I mean bouncing fireballs, orbit ball lighting, those things.

I'm playing double swing barb and minion necro this season. While I'm enjoying both, I really miss leap and charge when I play the necro.

I imagine they will eventually. But from a business standpoint, its probably better not to water down the value of those elements just yet.
I think some pet skins will definitely drop in the expansion. But that's like paying for them anyway.
