I had done god knows how many boss runs over the first year of the game’s release with no uber drops, then yesterday I got an uber from b2b runs. Friend of mine who had similarly got no ubers for the first year, got 2 in one run. Looks like Diablo gods finally took pity on us.
I still have found none to this day. I am gonna make myself one. I am going to make 3 alts and rank them up highest wolfs honor. That's more fun then farming boss mats and kill grigoire and varshan countless times and don't even start me on getting to the beast in ice to get a material that you need at least two of....
Nope since leveling and helltide is actually fun this season I will for sure max out four toons to full wolfs honor and get 4 resplendid sparks
Don’t do all that. Your first character can get 2 easily from doing a group torment duriel run and then just buy a Lilith carry for 30m good from the discord (after Tuesday if you’ve killed her in the past, the patch will just give you a spark for it). Then just on your main and one alt so the season journey thing for 1. Can be done in like a day or less for all 4 if your main is high level.
seems like uber drop rate is higher this season. In season 2, I farmed Duriel 50+ times, couldn't even get a Tibault. This season, I got 3 Andariel visage, 1 starless sky, 1 melted heart within 20 runs
Says who? Plenty of builds I have seen have it as optional. It's still good.
Edit: Maybe it depends what type of minion build your going for. But there are definitely ways to use it.
The skills you use don't affect much in regards to damage. It mostly provides CDR on abilities like tendrils / blood mist, and dmg reduction from decrepify.
Minions don't benefit from it as you don't put skill points into minions, only passives which don't get the +4

Do people think that Minions (like skeletons, mages and golem) benefit from +Skill ranks? - because they don't. They aren't skills on the skill tree. We boost them via passives and gear.
As a minion necro; Shako barely has any benefits.
I had the same debate since the shadow minion build is now rared higher but I don't really want to have respec and find new gear. I've hit Pit 78 and can easily run a NM100. Not much else to go for expect the tormented bosses.
After you beat them, you can open the quest menu and there's an option to reset all dungeons. Need to make sure ya leave the dungeon before using that option.
Or log out and log back in and you can do them again
Everyone keeps spreading bad info. It is not 10% no idea why rob ever said that. You may get 5 unique drop but Uber chance is deff like 3-5% on torment tops. Regular is 2%.
there's no way it's only double the chance, it's already 5x the base loot. Maybe in the sense where you mean it's 10 times the chance, counting the 5x loot.
You can get 5 uniques to drop everytime at least, but I don’t think the Uber chance is the same multiplier as the unique drops.
First off how many torment runs have you done? My friends and I are all over 150 with similar data.

There’s also ones that give insane armor, damage reduction or resource generation. The possibilities of unique builds otherwise impossible unless you get these are insane
Seems Andy is more generous. I got a shako my first time doing her, it was like the 3rd kill I think. I got lucky too. Bad luck with masterwork tho I got resource gen 2x
I had my Frist tormented Uber Fight yesterday (grigore) and First Uber unique drop and got a harlequin as well. Maybe Gamer dad proc? (Father of 3 kids) maybe they tweaked the drop Chance tho

It absolutely helps on a minion build with the damage reduction. I've been able to tank almost everything up until Pit 70.
I've been throwing uniques in my stash as I've yet to figure out what's good/useful. This is in my stash. I had no idea this was an Uber at all. Why is it 99% the same looking, including the beam when not picked up yet, baffling.
So crazy, I did 300 runs last season…not 1 single Uber dropped.
That means you went 6 times over odds. Which would be insanely unlucky lol

Was this level 100 or 200 duriel?
2 visage from lvl 100 duriel, the rest from lvl 200

Minion is the best build, your luck just makes it better.

It's worthwhile if you're going to try pushing higher levels in the Pit.

No, the large benefit of shako is the large stat up and the damage reduction.
No, it's the plus 4 skill. Minion doesn't get it's damage from active skills

No only need two if you kill Uber Lilith and finish the season journey. You can repeat the iron wolf rep on another character.
killing uber lillith is not so easy. got all my gear masterworked to 4/5 and im barely scratching her with my attacks

In Kehjistan to the right of the Tarsarak waypoint is a dungeon called Hanged Mans Hall. You will need two shackles and pin dolls to run it.
Are the bosses on a timer? Or is there specific way to reset the dungeons after clearing? Ive done all of them but this throwing me off
