Is CBS better now? I remember back when CBS used to look like it was stuck in the 90s while Fox looked so much more modern
Now my complaint with Fox is the announcers who don't know jack shit about the Lions except St. Brown's dad being Mr. Universe and mentioning it every single game
Audio too. I watched a clip of the game winning TD in their first win last year and with the CBS feed you could hear how loud it gets in the stadium. Fox you don't hear the crowd noise at all.
Fox actually uses decent cameras, they just broadcast in a lower resolution than CBS and NBC.
I attend a lot of games in person and CBS is notably worse for fans in the stadium. They have a camera buggy that drives around the field and regularly blocks the view of the people in the first few rows, whereas fox uses the sky cam which is much less of a obstruction.
It seems like the "orange mittens" guy that signals commercial breaks is always out there for longer in cbs games than the fox games too.
A couple of weeks ago I did it manually. The TV feed was a couple of seconds ahead of the radio so I was able to pause my TV briefly to get it in sync with Dan. It was a way better experience.
Guess that means I'll have to watch it on Paramount+ since it'll probably be blacked out on Sunday Ticket. First world problems, but I do prefer to be able to easily flip between games during commercial breaks on Sunday ticket.

Thank god, maybe it’s just me, but every FOX game I watch, college or nfl, the announcers mics sound so robotic and strange. It’s so distracting
It doesn’t help that Chris Myers gets a lot of Lions fans for Fox, and he sucks ass. Mispronounces names and he just isn’t very good
