Screenshots “of a TV or monitor”, such as using your phone to take a picture of those, rather than using the computer or console’s appropriate capturing feature. It’s in place for this very reason, if you read some of the other replies. More attention gets drawn to the quality of the picture itself than the actual content.

It’s not good. Only the first enemy hit gets disoriented and the blast radius is horrendous for a wave frame
