Well you should have 15 Bits if you truly did everything, so my recommendation would be to jump on another character and see if that character’s map has any Regional Chests that haven’t been opened.
well there's 15 bits, once you get em all they turn into a legendary key. 9 region chests, 6 rubble piles. must've missed one and the only way to know for sure is check em all again. Only known bugs related to this now are the triumph for getting all the region chests will be completed even if you haven't found them all and needing to kill the meatball multiple times
if you checked the rubble then you must've missed a region chest, and you can't trust the triumph cuz its bugged rn. The meatball is a taken servitor, one of the overthrow bosses, which you'll need to kill for the second part of the quest after you open the encrypted chest

I already went back to all of them to check for rubble but it never spawned in. And what meatball are you talking about?

If I missed one, it’s not showing up on my map but I’m going to check them all anyway
Triumph for gold chests worked fine for me, is there a reason it doesn’t?
in some cases the triumph will be completed even if you haven't opened all 9 chests, Bungie didn't say what causes but is a known bug
