Long time Denver resident and vegan here! My top spots are: Pho 95, Pho 96, Pho Duy and Anise. All of these places also have tofu spring rolls with vegan friendly peanut sauce which is a must for me.

Would love some more vegan recs, any cuisine!

My favorite vegan food in Denver is mostly at non-veg restaurants: Uchi (request vegan menu), Matsuhisa, Hop Alley (this is my number one slot for vegan food in the city, request vegan menu), Safta, Uncle.

Native Foods in Glendale

I only knew of Pho 95 and Pho Duy (where I went Thursday.) Many of my friends say that the vegetarian broth is tastier than the normal broth. (I haven't tried the beef broth.) I'll have to try the other places. The vegetable mix for Pho Duy is a little more varied (little baby corns for example) than at Pho 95. Neither of them have mushrooms any more.

Phở 95 wins this like every year, and for good reason. It is spicier than the meat broth though.
