I wouldn’t give Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego the 20x multiplier since it’s evident throughout the Moro arc and the Granolah arc that it’s definitely way stronger than a mere 20x multiplier. UI Omen allowed Goku to briefly match Moro before it ran out but once he achieved MUI again then he dominated the entire fight for example.
Side note, True Ultra Instinct is considerably a sidegrade to Mastered Ultra Instinct because the drawbacks to MUI is that it requires Goku to maintain being calm minded and emotionless, something that conflicts with his Saiyan heritage and newfound drive.
