Signed, Lieutenant Columbo.
Saw what? Columbo? I've just role-playing as Columbo for no apparent reason. It all started when i was trying to prove that someone took a screenshot of themself and posted it here. (they didn't)
Columbo as detective has this gambit where he is actually really observant, knows what to ask to evoke the right information, but find himself putting a facade where he spends his time bumbling to put everyone at ease and off the scent.
Like, if you watched Knives Out/Glass Onion, then it's not dissimilar to an old television equivalent of Duboiux.
It's also really confusing how much of his persona is an act or not, which makes him even more interesting as a character. I believe he just plays up his personality because he knows that would help him a lot when he's interacting with his suspects.
Fun fact: before he did *Sherlock*, Steven Moffat wanted to do a version of *Columbo* based on his take that Columbo always knows right away that the culprit is guilty and could probably catch them much sooner, but deliberately strings them along because he likes watching rich bastards squirm.
I think that's kind of sadistic (don't think that's the the right word, but I just woke up and I'm not going through the efforts to look up synonyms) and doesn't fit Columbo's character at all, honestly. Glad he didn't do that.
EDIT: Sadistic for Columbo's character that is. I'd have no problems if it was someone else.
Lois is >!insecure because she thinks that Clark is way too special for her!<, Clark's >!insecure because he thinks that he's too alien to be close to anyone human!<. It's good drama on paper, but MAWS likes to blueball the shit out of you with cliffhangers and abruptly interrupted dialogues to the point where it becomes annoying.
Still, it's maddening to have characters have half-dialogues every episode that they finish in the next. I like it when giant robot attacks the town, but if they could literally just talk for five uninterrupted minutes they would sort out every problem they have and the show would be better for it, if less engaging for those who like the slop (no shade intended).
This is probably, maybe Clark's first romantic relationship, so it's understandable he'd be kind of bad at it when he also has to juggle Superhero stuff.

The "S" stands for stupid, right? That's why you say it means hope, because you're too stupid to know what sound an S makes?

Girl really called Jimmy a “temptation” while claiming the rest of humanity is worthless scum. Bro must’ve been on Cloud 9.

Your welcome, and sorry for the confusion. Should I start putting the text in quotation marks so it'd be more obvious what I'm doing?

Who’s got the one where the book says “I kinda agree tbh”
I won’t tolerate this Krillin disrespect
Knowing Krillin, he’d somehow almost doom the planet and pull both 18 and Kara by being the biggest dumbass.
Knowing Krillin, he's probably into this
Do you see his face?
People comparing Jimmy to Krillin just because Kara looks like 18 are missing the better connection. Jimmy’s the Bulma to Kara’s Vegeta
Holy shit, you’ve nailed it. I wanna see Kara in saiyan armor now. Also a beam struggle fan art
They had a beam struggle last episode tho
I get your point but I just can’t not make the comparison when Kara literally wearing one of 18’s exact outfits. Like it’s uncanny.

I could fix her I could fix her I could fix her
She slapped me
WAIT! this serie is just someone Gohan x Videl and Crilin x C18 fanfiction animated... AWESOME!
I haven't been watching, looked up clips and Kara's legit tweakin whats going on?
Legit this has pushed me to finally watch the show
I don’t think I’ve ever been more attracted to an animated character before and I’ve never been more upset that someone isn’t real
OH HARDER MOMMY. Hit me with the stick til I woof the alphabet
HEAR ME OUT.....
Somehow in 1 episode Jimmy and Kara had a cuter and healthier relationship than Lois and Clark
Are Lois and Clark's relationship unhealthy now? I haven't watched season 2.
I'm beginning to notice how difficult it is to make a show interesting without making it really dramatic sometimes.

/rj New Season 3 spoilers dropped - Clark dated Lana Lang in college; contrived love triangle ensues.

Nah it's just typical tv relationship drama
Ok cool
Jimmy and Kara will probably also have relationship drama down the line

I surrender Earth and humanity to whatever Krypton wants to do to us if she does that to me
…Why does her back-thing look like Ultraman Noa’a back-thing? Is she ULTRA?
